I wanted to love this brush. It’s the perfect size and shape and I thought I would use it for both powder and bronzer. But it just didn’t work well. It didn’t seem to pick up product or blend it that well into my face. I’m surprised given how much love it’s given online and in reviews. I sadly had to return it. The Sephora Pro brushes blow this one away.

This is one of the softest brushes I have ever used. LOVE it!!!! Got this as a bonus with the Bye Bye Pores Pressed Powder from the Shopping Channel. Highly recommend this. The bristles are not overly dense nor are they sparse, they are perfect for applying powder, there is zero fall out and it seems to pick up just the right amount to apply to your face. I almost wish I need to keep applying more because this feels so nice on the skin. I have not seen any shedding either. It is large but not too large, very well made. I highly recommend this brush.

I really like this brush for what it was intended. To set your foundation with a light wash of powder like Bye Bye Pores or the Illuminating version, MUFE HD etc. I don’t think it was intended to lay down a substantial amount of powder for coverage. For that you would definitely need a denser bristled brush. But this brush definitely feels lovely on my face. So very soft! I also have the It Cosmetics for Ulta version, but it really is not as nice as the original. I purchased this brush with the Illuminating powder on QVC so, it only cost me $38 + S&H for both the brush and powder. Alone the brush sells for $48 on the It Cosmetics website. I think QVC and Ebay have the best prices for these brushes 🙂

Wow. Perfect powder brush. Picks up just the right amount of product. It’s lightweight. SUPER soft. Feels so good on my skin. I have lots of powder brushes, from drugstore to high end (brush freak here…yeah) and this has to be one of the best one I’ve ever bought. Best of all, got it in a combo with the It Cosmetics Translucent powder. 🙂 Really happy. Would buy again if I ever lost it (not likely to happen)

I had high hopes, but now I wish I splurged on something else. I actually use this brush for my Hourglass Ambient Lighting palette (only dip it in the Dim shade). It works fine, feels soft, little to no fallout, nice weight to it….but honestly I feel it is very overpriced and not any softer than my set of Walmart brushes from two Christmases ago.

I actually now own three of these I love it so much. It is the perfect size, perfect shape, and insanely soft. I use it for my mineral veil, foundation powders, and illuminizers. I even have a spare for travel. I have never met such a soft brush!
The best deals on these are during friends and family events on the IT site or through QVC where you get the powders with it. I don’t use the powder but I love the brush.

I would not pay full price for this brush. I got this with an illuminating powder/brush combo. It does a good job of applying the powder lightly, as it was intended. Outside of a light dusting of powder, I would have no use for this brush. If you are looking to purchase just a brush for powder application, there are less expensive brushes out there that will do just as good a job. Maybe better.

I got this about a year ago in a “showstopper” with some “illuminating powder” (which I think has been discontinued, but I could be wrong). The brush is very soft but absolutely USELESS for its intended purpose of applying that powder. It is too soft to blend out the powder and I don’t know if it would be of use for any sort of pressed or loose powder since the purpose of any of these powders is to distribute the powder lightly and evenly. If you’re looking for a brush that is soft and feels lovely, this is great but if you’re looking for a brush that actually does the job of a powder brush, give this one a miss.

I’m new to this brand as far as makeup brushes go but am fast becoming a convert. This is one amazing brush! I’ve not paid this much for a brush before and have always been happy with the drugstore brands or Sigma, but this was worth every penny. The brush is very full and gives a very natural application for loose powder. It also helps blend the powder beautifully.
