   If I could, I’d give it 3.5 stars. I’ve had it for about 2-3 years now and use it regularly. For a couple of months, I even used this exclusively.

   What I love about this is it’s versatility and how easy it is to use. I use it for both under eyes and blemishes, and it blends like a dream on both. It does crease on the under eyes a little, but not as badly as some other concealers I’ve tried, so I’ll take it. It looks natural, has buildable coverage and blends easily with fingers, even on my somewhat textured skin (acne, acne scars etc).

   However, it doesn’t last long, especially for the under eyes. Thankfully I don’t have very dark under eyes and my main concern is evening out the skin tone and covering blemishes, so it isn’t a deal breaker. I’d say the concealer lasts around half a full work day? Sometimes more, sometimes less depending on the primer/finishing powder I use or what I was doing that day.

   I like how easy it is for me to use, and how quickly I can apply it and still have it look good. I hate that it doesn’t last long. It’s better than most concealers I’ve tried, even high-end cult status ones (Tarte Shape Tape, I’m looking at you) that are often hard to blend, but even then I don’t think I’d repurchase.

   I love cover fx but i was just super disappointed with this product. The product was crooked in the tube, and everytime i apply it on my face it wobbles, then it just broke off. This was upon my first time trying. I BARELY put any pressure coz it was so wobbly, but it broke off regardless. Returned it right away.
   The fact that this product failed before even performing its job is just too much. Id give another shot if i didnt have to pay for this. Im not willing to spend money on broken products. Id give it a zero lippie if i could. Dont even bother trying this.

   Let me preface this by saying I would repurchase it, but I’m not sure if I would at full price, rather opting to wait for a coupon or sale. At around $18 it’s a wee bit much for something the size of a lipstick. But on sale, it’s a nice portable little thing great for touchups or getting ready in a hurry, and seems like quite the deal (for my wants and needs).

   I bought the N10, one of the lightest neutral options when Sephora had it half off for $9. I thought, what the hell, it’s supposed to have medium to full coverage, and I have acne scars that I always want to cover without my face feeling spackled in product. This does a pretty good job, too. It’s a pretty good match for my complexion (not a big deal considering I’m a neutral light-skinned white woman, so I’ve got a wealth of options in foundation and concealer shades). It feels like a concealer stick and has no scent. It blends pretty well on my normal-ish skin (I think it might work a bit better for me when the weather warms up a bit and my face isn’t quite at peak dryness, as it tends to be come February). It does a pretty good job of evening my skin tone and minimizing old scars.

   Overall, I like it a lot, yet since you only get .2 ounces/5.5 grams in the tube, I’ll be mainly using this as a concealer, and be content my face looks a bit more even as I keep an eye peeled for sales.

   First of all, it is the size of a small lip balm, it will last you a week at best. Secondly, it has no coverage to it whatsoever. I got the shade g40 thinking it was going to be quite dark, but it was absolutely white pale with pink undertones. It doesn’t last, it makes your skin look extremely oily, it slides all over your face and I don’t even have oily skin, it dries pink and lasts about 2 hours. It’s way too overpriced and not a good foundation at all. I don’t know what product everyone else has been trying, but trust me, the size of it is comical. An absolute rip off. The worst beauty product I’ve ever purchased.

   This is a great foundation; it gives such an even, dewy look to this girl who has big pores. I must note that it is important, if you are pale, to wear primer with this because if you don’t, the oily skin will oxidize the makeup and the skin turns orange, which is gross. But when I wear primer, it is the most beautiful, moisturizing and long-lasting makeup. I still had it on at 10:30 pm, so it lasted all day. It is very small, and the makeup gets mashed against the side of the container because the stick is unstable in its housing. I got shade P20, which is good for a person with very pale skin. I put some Alima Pure Foundation minerals over the top, too. So maybe that helped settle it down. I really do like the way I look in this and love how it lasts and lasts. But make sure to prime T-zone if you have oily skin or look like you are a pumpkin. One of the best foundations that I have tried. Also, I use a foundation brush to blend it in, which takes extra time in the morning.

   Initially, I had my doubts that the color would match, it just looked so orange when first applied to my skin, but when blended out, it did match my skin very well. I would say it could be very easy to get “cake-face” with this, and blending really is key. If you want quick and easy, this might not be for you. Having said that, this is not the most ‘involved’ concealer/foundation I have ever worked with or tried. There is a bit of work to blend this, but nothing crazy-extreme that adds to your makeup time routine. Thankfully this does not oxidize into a different shade for me. This does seem to make my skin itch, but luckily does not cause me to have breakouts.

   Coverage-wise, this is average for me. Covers minimal and not very dark spots decently, but I think if you have dark spots or a lot of blemishes and skin discoloration (other than slight discoloration), this might not be ‘enough’ for you. For me, on days I am having ‘good skin days,’ this works decently enough. But on days I need ‘help,’ I find myself reaching for better coverage products. This does even my skin tone out nicely, but for days when I need more coverage (dark circles under eyes, blemishes, etc), I feel this is not ‘enough’.

   The product’s casing makes this look almost like a sample product. With this Cover FX stick, it contains .20oz for $18.00USD currently. Price-wise, this might not seem terribly expensive out of the gate, but when comparing this to other similar products, such as Tarte Shape Tape is currently $24.00USD for .34 oz. or Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation is currently $39.50USD for 1.0 oz, this Cover FX stick is getting up there a good bit, price-wise, you would need 5 of these to equal the amount of ELDW, as there really is not much product in this. Dermablend Quick-Fix stick is currently $29.00USD but has .42oz, so over double the amount of product as this Cover FX (I have not used Dermablend, but I have used the others, and I prefer Shape Tape the best).

   I do not dislike this product, it is okay, but it will not be a repurchase for me, as it is just too average for me, and I just prefer an easier product, and one that provides more coverage, if needed. This is decent enough, as it should be for it’s price point, but imho there are better products out there that work better and are easier to use and even at better price points.

   This may be the most expensive concealer I will ever own. I’m really on the fence about this: as a foundation it’s a beautiful color match. I’m apparently a true N10, and no one else makes a moisturizing, long-wearing, free-of-gluten foundation. I particularly like that I can wear this near my eyes, and it’s moisturizing.

   This is amazing as a foundation if you have rosacea. I take it off, and the redness is gone. The Vitamin C in this is a tiny bit irritating, but it is also very good for skin. That’s where my love for this as a foundation ends.

   This breaks me out. If I just had rosacea, I’d love it. However, I have acne as well, and this breaks me out on my t-zone, which, at 46, is still very oily.

   Also, I can’t stand what this feels like on my skin. It’s greasy from the get go, and not in a, “slightly emollient, but not otherwise noticeable way.” I wear Ulta’s Fabulous Face Compact and Double Duty Foundations, which are silicone based, and somehow, they’re just more wearable. This really is hard not to take off, because there is this sensation of having grease on your face.

   Finally, the second time I used it, it broke off in the tube. I think this has trouble in ambient air temperature and humidity in the eighties–and it’s summer in the U.S. now, because the only thing that changed between the first and second use was that this was sitting in my bathroom over the weekend, in an old Texas house.

   However, this is a beautiful under eye concealer–and the moisturizing effect is very kind to almost half-a-century-old crows feet. I also love that this is a Canadian company. The colors are fantastic. For an under eye concealer, I would repurchase.
