Excellent product, I highly recommend for a convenience store brand. I love how it applies so easily; it glides right on to the waterline and pretty much sustains itself the entire day! I highly recommend it!

I liked the colour, works great as a crease colour.

So I really want to like this one. I love the color-kind of a burnt orange. It’s a very fun color, but the payoff kind of sucks. The texture if too firm and it just doesn’t go on very dark. I like the color better than MAC Coppering, but Coppering just has so much better payoff. Sorry Milani, the texture and pay off of the shadows keeps killing me! The colors are so pretty if only they were strong enough!

I LOOOOOVE this color! I use it most often as a blending color in my crease to spice up and add more visual interest to eye looks. It’s also great though as a base color on the lids under a darker color to add more oomph to the lids. Great texture and pigmentation and one of my all-time favorite drugstore colors.

Honestly, I didn’t have high expectations for this one. I reasoned that since it was only a few bucks it was worth the risk. I was so wrong. I really like it. It’s color, but it’s still kind of neutral. It has golden unertones, so it works well with a lot of the colors that I have already. As always, the texture is love and blendability is a 5. I need to get a back up.

Wonderful pigmentation, very flattering for my blue eyes, easy to blend. One of my favorite eyeshadows!

I just can’t get this lipstick to work no matter what I try. I was looking for a true orange to bring out my green eyes, and in a matte formula preferably because I like the look and I value a long wearing lipstick such as the NARS matte lipsticks/velvet matte pencils where I don’t have to touch it up after lunch etc. This lipstick is a wonderful colour but the most awful texture. So incredibly dry. The lipstick is wonky in its base now from me trying to swipe it across the lips and give some colour pay off. After taking off the outer layer of the lippie which I presume has dried out, application is better, but even after exfoliating the lips to within an inch of their life and keeping them richly moisturised 24/7, this lipstick creates obvious patches of dry skin on the lips. You have to use this with a balm (I’m using NUXE reve de miel which isn’t too glossy looking ) if you want to decrease dry patches and get some colour payoff. Although this does redden the colour of the lipstick a tad and also makes it a satin finish…. So I may as well have just gone for a non matte orange that wasn’t a pain in the behind to apply. I’m going to try and give this back because maybe I just have a bad one, but I’m not touching illamasqua matte lippies ever again sadly. Attempting to wear this is just a waste of time.

True to the name! A bold, bright orange! I couldn’t recommend this product enough. Illamasqua, a little known (in the USA) British brand, makes the best lipsticks on the market & affordable! Very pigmented, opaque, creamy, long wearing and smooth. For this one, I like to add a touch of Shiseido RD-415 lipstick just to give it some extra depth & color! Best of all, it doesn’t have a bad taste or smell (like NARS lipsticks do) and doesn’t easily kiss off. I am NC35 and on me it’s bold, bright and gorgeous. Not for everyone, but if you’re looking for a matte orange lipstick – you will love this.

Flare is a shimmery reddish copper color. This is a dupe of MAC’s Coppering eye shadow. It’s very pigmented and goes on smoothly, and I didn’t have any fallout. I wear this on the lid with Milani’s Sun Goddess on the browbone. It also would look great with MAC’s Copperized pigment. I love it. This is my third Milani shadow and I have to get more.

I love Milani Eyeshadows. They are so affordable and they are really good quality. I love the color Flare it is such a beautiful burnt orange color. I use it during the summer for those bronzed looks. I would buy it again.

I am NOT a fan of any orange makeup, but this color is just so beautiful. It is a glimmery copper persimmon-y color, and actually looks good on me if I apply it right, meaning lightly.
Usually I use it for lining and layer it, either over a darker brown or a medium brown, just to tone it down a little. It also looks good layered with purple shades, believe it or not.
A fun color to experiment with. There is a walgreens near me that still carries the now hard-to-find Milani singles, which is where I picked this up. Not all the older Milani singles shadows have the same texture, but this one, Java Bean, Antique Gold, and a few others have a creamy, expensive, pigmented texture that rivals any high end shadow out there.
