This moisturizer was a pleasant surprise found on Iherb. I was looking for a fragrance free light weight cream with peptides and shea butter that won`t break the bank, and this fits the bill perfectly. It`s less than 14 bucks and truly fragrance-free, as the label indicates (check that out, DermaE! Ingredients listed on the package, what a concept!). When I say light weight, this really depends on the customer, though. A few years back, when I was an oily skinned gal, this would have been a winter day cream for me. Now, it`s the height of summer in Asia, and my mature, oily combo skin on retinoids finds this cream just right for the daytime or nighttime, with a mattifying primer in the daytime to keep shine at bay. I have already ordered two more jars from Iherb. The only thing I don`t like is that it comes in a glass jar, but having said that, it is not the heaviest of jars and I would still consider traveling with it. It doesn`t break me out, I find the texture soothing and easy to blend on my face, and it meshes well with my The Ordinary Niacinamide and Vit.C+Ferulic Acid. For winter I will go back to my CeraVe and Etude House`s Soon Jung Balm, as Moom probably won`t be enough then.
