i can’t believe this doesn’t have more reviews? these feel insanely smooth when you apply them, which is important to me–i do not want anything that tugs on my eyelids. the color payoff is incredible. they’re so deep and rich. i am super into all the hues that have sparkle built in: Pretty Penny, Magic Carpet, Nectar, Cash Salad are standouts for me (somewhat fair skin, blonde hair, hooded eyelids). The one con is that they’re hard to remove. I love the staying power for long nights out but it definitely takes a few swipes of eye makeup remover to fully get rid of. These are far and away my favorite pigmented eye pencils.

This review is for the eyeliner in the colour Brack.
I’ve been looking for a good pencil eyeliner that I can use to tight line my lashes without it smearing on my under eyes by the end of the day. As a person with extremely oily eyelids, I have to always powder my under eyes and can only use a few select tubing or waterproof mascaras. Everything ends up smudging at the end of the day (varying between barely noticeable smudges to raccoon eyes), but not this eyeliner. It stayed on for more than a day (I accidentally fell asleep with it still on my face), and there were only mascara smudges under my eyes.
The application was smooth with good pigmentation (but I currently live in a hot and humid country, so that could explain the glide), it didn’t bunch up in between my lashes like my Marc Jacobs Highliner in Ro(Cocoa), and the staying power is a lot better than both my Marc Jacobs Highliner and my Rimmel Soft Kohl Kajal Eye Liner (both smudged at the end of the day). I drew a line on my hand using this eyeliner to test the smudge-proof-ness: it will only fade if I rub it with enough force to make my skin red, and it doesn’t smudge when I put my hand under a running tap (unless I rub it).
Brack is a nice, dark brown black colour with a satin finish, no complaints from me. The packaging is simple and sturdy, but I removed one lippie because I prefer retractable eyeliner packaging vs. one that needs sharpening. The price is fairly affordable but it would be nice if it was a few dollars cheaper.
Overall, if you are looking for a solid performing pencil eyeliner that is waterproof and (somewhat) smudge proof, then I would recommend trying this. Maybe check out the more unique colours too, like Early Girl and Nectar.
