I was so excited to try this since the reviews on Sephora’s site were so good. I was willing to spend the $52 on something that would make me less oily, but alas, no. It didn’t do anything for the oil and I’m not seeing any other difference, so I will be returning.

I’m unsure why the main photo of this is a compact when this is a serum in a pink bottle. The right picture can actually be found in the section of recommendations on where to buy!
Apparently, this serum has been with Origins for a while. I am a big fan of their Out of Trouble mask and the sales person showed me this when I started to vent about my big pores/texture. She was confident this product would help.
Unfortunately, I’ve used it on my T-zone for a few weeks and my skin doesn’t look different. I even switched it up the last week and tried before makeup and didn’t see a different in makeup application. It didn’t break me out or irritate my skin (so extra lippie for that!), but why spend the money or do the extra step when there are no results? Personally, I would not repurchase or recommend.

I’ve only started using this serum for a week and I already see visible improvements on my skin. I have tried many serums before but this is by far the best serum for my super sensitive skin. I usually have reactions when I try new products but this suited my skin perfectly. The texture is very light, it goes very well with sensitive combination skin. It gives you that fresh feeling of being moisturized in just the right amount. Also a little goes a long way and I will continue to buy this serum when I run out.

I received a sample of this and it seemed to work okay for my skin. After sampling, I caved and bought it. I am turning 25 and wanted to do something extra to prevent future wrinkles etc. I have combination, acne prone skin. However, my face is very clear until I use something that aggravates it. I used the serum AM and PM after cleansing for about a month. This serum created tons of large blackheads all over my face where I never had blackheads before. My pores are huge now and I’m waiting for whatever was in this product to work its way out of my (now huge blackhead-filled) pores. Not cool. It was also expensive and I lost the receipt.

So I bought this looking to try something new for a serum for the winter time. I grabbed this during Sephora’s VIB Rouge sale and I am soon happy I did. I have combination skin with occasional dry patches under my eyes. Lately the dry patches haven’t been corrected with my typical fix so I wanted a new serum with some moisturizing products. I have never used an Origins product before, but this had decent reviews online so I tried it. I apply it before my moisturizer (which is currently the First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream) and it helps moisturize and smooth my skin. I have a lot of skincare stuff and this has definitely become a favorite. The price is decent for the size (I’m only using one pump for the whole face), but the packaging could be a little bit more sturdy.
