another good travel MU bag option from Stowaway ..powder blush in a small pocket size ( with mirror ..its small but that’s the point ) that comes in 3 colors …fawn ..peach and rose …i have only tried the fawn ( sort of a beige) and peach and they are nicely milled with a bit of shimmer..I would prefer matte finish but it is so hard to find small sizes of blush that this is workable until they maybe come out with a matte option ..no breakouts from this …

This was my first blusher and tbh I thought it was amazing since it was the first time I owned one but now that I have used some others I can easily say that this one isn’t really that great, there’s not enough pigmentation even for me with a super pale face, it comes packed with glitter and you really have to dig in the pan because the formula is too hard even the hardest brush refused to grab it. Wouldn’t recommend.

I use this every day

I love this blush because it always makes my cheeks look rosy and glowy, yet not overly rosy or cakey whatsoever. This blush lasts all day long, and the variety of colors offered is just awesome! Tea Rose and Barely Blush are my favorites- Barely Blush is great for day, and Tea Rose looks wonderful for night!

Jafra’s blushes are very pigmented – it can be difficult to apply without it looking too heavy. There is a wide selection of colors, most of them very wearable. The staying power is very good, especially if you set them with powder. With my recently acquired skunk brush, I am finding that I can easily use the two blushes I have (Rosedust, a nice plummy shade and Romantique, a terracotta-like shade). They look very natural when applied with the skunk brush. I am interested in trying some other shades.

The BEST blush I have ever used in my life and I’ve been using blush for over 25 years! Goes on wonderfully, highly pigmented and lasts. You simply must try it 🙂

Jafra has a really beautiful selection of blush colors. They are long wearing and of high quality. Definately give these a try!

Jafra makes nice color products. I find that the pigment in the blush is on the high end, so that a little goes a long way, making the product last longer than most. Jafra has a nice color palette, so there are lots of colors to choose from, and the powder blush goes on nicely, smoothly, and is easy to blend.

Review is for #70 reddish brown.
Gives me a wholesome ‘wind-burned cheeks’ look without being too distracting.
sort of a 90s vibe but in a fresh, good way. Think vintage Brook Shields, Turlington etc – that kind of blush.
For reference I’m East Asian, nc20-25 with neutral to yellow undertones. ( Armani Luminous Silk no.4, YSL Teint Eclat BD40, Guerlain Lingerie de Peau in Beige Clair and Nars AD Lumious Foundation in Deauville).

I purchased number 9 in this blush/ eyeshadow line and what a crap product. It is extremely, extremely flaky, has a tonne of fall out and has hardly any pigmentation. After I’ve dipped my brush in the powder and put it on my eye it like it never even existed. Would not repurchase or recommend this particular shade.

WHAT A GREAT COLOR!
I actually use this as a transition color on my eyes, it’s a true matte red/brown that looks great on my skin. I used it as a blush for the first time this week and was very happy with the application and coverage. You don’t need a lot and this is a great everyday color.
The only down-side for me is the price. I recently discovered La Femme blushes and cannot justify paying so much money for MUFE when La Femme is just as good, but much, much less expensive.
If you are like the ‘prestige’ of owning a high-priced blush at least MUFE are a great quality.

I have #25 “pearly orange”. It’s a shimmery, bright peachy orange. It is decently pigmented and the color is quite lovely, very bright and warm and just what I wanted for spring/summer. Application is best lightly with a stippling brush, in layers (this is how I usually apply blush). I am disappointed with the staying power; I find I have to do a touch-up within 5-6 hours (and I wear primer/foundation underneath).
$20 isn’t too bad for a mid-end blush, but there’s only 2.5 grams of product. The MUFE blushes in themselves aren’t bad, and they do have a good color/finish range, but I wouldnt repurchase. I’d rather spend a few more dollars on an Illamasqua or MAC blush and receive nearly twice the product at a better quality.
**EDIT 12/24/12** #58 “Vibrant Matte Raspberry” is so beautiful, an intense winter-berry wash of plum. I bought this (although I previously said I wouldn’t purchase their blush again) because it was the perfect matte berry blush I was looking for. Don’t care for the # 25 orange but this # 58berry is fantastic.

I just got #97 and I love it! It’s a light peachy color. The color is soft, pretty, and sweet. I was a little worried at first that it would be too light for my skin, but it is soo pigmented! More pigmented than Orgasm which it what I’ve been using for years.

I’ve been on the hunt now for some time for the “perfect” pinky lilac blush, and I believe I’ve finally found it in Makeup For Ever Blush Powder in #89. This is my very first Makeup For Ever purchase, and it seems to completely live up to the raves.
Sephora describes this product’s color as “vibrant purple lilac.” That sounds scary, for a blush, but #89 is totally wearable. It’s one of those purples that’s just pink enough to be flattering and wearable, but still purple enough to be different, and stand out from the crowd of bright clear pink blushes.
If I were writing a color description for #89, I’d call it “satin finish medium pinky orchid.”
I’m not thrilled with the $19 price tag, but it’s worth it for this color in a product of this caliber.
I’d happily buy again, and expect to try other Makeup For Ever blushes. They seem to feature just about every color imaginable, which I LOVE!
I think it’ll be perfect for spring!

I have been meaning to write this review since I am IN LOVE with these matte blushes!! I bought the No. 5 (coral) and then the No, 74 (a deep warm pink) and I think they are fantastic. They are super pigmented, even more so than Nars (yes, I know, it’s hard to believe), and so just a tiny bit is all you need. And — I am not sure why, but despite the fact that they are so pigmented, this product (in both colors) looks so natural on me. Perhaps its because the powder is so fine that sinks into my skin rather than sitting on top? In any case, MUFE blushes are my new obsession and I plan to buy more of them. I am not put off by the $19 price tag because they are so unique.

I super love this peachy pink color on my cheecks it give me a natural cheeks. Very pigmented..I almost finish it up..

I like these blushes. They give me a nice fresh look. I love that they have no smell.

My first time with this brand, Nvey Eco (Melbourne, Australia). There’s a little display of it in Ulta, in the cheaper, hoi polloi section, where I often mill about. This blush caught my eye – “blushing rose” #957 – because it is the perfect shade of dusty mauve, sort of lavender. (Don’t be fooled by the tiny swatch that appears on this page.) Most blush seems to be…not this color – shades of peach or pink or brown or whatev. So I was excited to see this one; though I was annoyed with myself for finding a must-have blush, as that is not what I was looking for; and it was pricier than I normally am willing to spend. But…
Pro’s: Gorgeous color, subtle shade but nicely pigmented, matte finish. Blends really well over my foundation.
Con’s: Expensive – marked $19 but a bit less with weekly website coupon. 2.5 gr, which doesn’t seem like much for the price. The packaging is slightly larger than for a single eye shadow, but not by much. So not much room to swish a brush in. “Organic” – what a crock; another word for “more expensive trendy nonsense with no actual benefit.”

9/20/2018: I’m going through a phase where I don’t wear blush anymore. But I do not regret buying those back ups. I’ve bought a ton of other blushes since my original review and this still is my number 1 favorite.
Edited to add 1/24/2016: I bought 10 back ups last week…I’ve been trying all the new high end pale blushes and nothing compares to this. At $19 a pop, it’s worth it especially since each blush lasts about 6 mo with daily use.
———
I bought this in the shade Blushing Sunset.
I am NC10, oily/acne prone, green eyed, blonde. I really wasn’t expecting much from such a small, unknown brand. I had passed the display in Ulta over a series of months, always stopping to look at the tester because this shade looked right up my alley in terms of coloring. I finally bought it on a whim & was pleasantly surprised. Over the years I have bought hundreds of blushes, this is my HG (holy grail).
Blushing Sunset is a truly neutral, baby pink. Most blushes will lean either too warm or two cool despite looking middle of the road while in pan. This blush however applies exactly as it looks.
I bought 2 back ups…for now. I’m worried that since this product (and brand) is so under-hyped it will become discontinued. For $20 each, I figure I have wasted much much more on drugstore (and high end) blushes in disappointment. Blushing Sunset is worth every penny to me.

This is really nice natural blush. I am slowly trying to convert most of my cosmetics to natural/ organic alternatives, and this is one of my favorites so far. It is certified organic in Australia, but not really sure how compatible that is to USDA standards. It definitely leaves out the major no-nos. No parabens, petroleum products, aluminum. lake dyes etc. I have it in shade 950 – which is a rich orangey- bronze color. When I saw it in the pan ( a small black compact with mirror), pretty small for a blush, I thought it looked unnatural, but when I put it in on I was pleasantly surprised how it left a natural bronze tone to my cheeks. It is highly pigmented and lasts a long time. Really only a very light dab on your brush is all you need for each cheek. The price is a little on the high side, I wish it was a little more affordable/ accessible, I could only find it online
Pros:
pigment
organic/natural
long-wearing
Cons:
price
accessibility

I just wrote a product review for the Nvey cake eyeliner, and I will say that this product is just as good! In fact, the packaging is similar, but the blush size is larger. I love this blush! I don’t know what this color is called, but it’s kind of a coral pink shade, and it just works perfectly with my skin. It blends well too, even when I apply too much, I always manage to blend it out. I don’t think I will ever need to look for another blush again! This one is perfect! And, of course, ingredient list looks good! =) Yay!

I have number 954 (apricot), and it has that warm, orange look to it. It really perks up my face, and the color is long lasting. It can be quite intense, so use a little to start with. And I love the fact, that it´s eco friendly and natural. The package is great too. It has a mirror.
blissfulMallard2
I have this in 953 also. This blush does last longer than most, however even using the tiniest amount it’s really obvious that I’m wearing blush – it looks very unnatural & sometimes even a bit clown-ish. Won’t repurchase.

I bought this blush in color 953 which is slightly pink and brown. It’s a very neutral color. I have a light skin tone (neutral Irish complexion). It comes in a small round compact with a clear snap top lid. A great organic blush and one of the first lines to expand outside pure mineral mineral cosmetics. It glides onto the skin and lasts. At night when I go to wash my face my cheeks are still rosy. I never have to reapply. I do wish it were a little less expensive but it’s safe and gentle so the extra cost is worth it. I have had my compact for a while now and it hardly looks used so it will last a long time. — If you are interested, it has a 0.3 (LOW RISK) EWG/Skin Deep report number. It’s not listed, but you have can put in the ingredients and get a report, which is what I did. 4 means high risk so this product is probably the safest blush on the market and it is sold from a company in Ohio. Although, it is made in Australia. The ingredients are: ECO Organic Powder Blush — Corn silk, zinc stearate, jojoba oil, caprylic capric triglyceride, natural vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin A, chamomile extract. May contain: titanium dioxide, iron oxides.

This is nice. I like that its matte on me, i like the pigmentation and i like the texture.
It lasts, looks silky on the cheeks and you have a good variation of colors.
I need oil free though, so I wont be buying tvis any time soon 🙂

My favorite brand for blush! I wish more people realized what wonderful products Face Stockholm offers. Worship color gives a nice spring glow and Gentle color gives me cheek bones 🙂 Perfect powder texture and a tiny amount goes a long way. Would own every color if I could afford it.

Great blush! I have this in Extas, a bright candy-apple red matte with pink undertones, and I’m very pleased. It’s very pigmented, and this is definitely a blush shade you have to be careful with, it’s easy to over-apply.
When you get it right it can do anything from a very natural-looking just-in-from-the-cold kind of flush on my PPP skin, to very dramatic. It’s perfect for a porcelain doll kind of blush, and I like that it doesn’t really look pink, but like the sheer, transparent wash of red that it is. I think this would make a great eye shadow for anyone looking for a true red, too.
Lasting power is excellent, the packaging is sleek, functional and attractive. I want more of these blushes and other products from this underappreciated brand.

Finally, a pink I can wear!
Face Stockholm’s “Gentle” is the perfect blend of taupe and pink. In the case it looks dark, almost like a sunburned tone, but on my LLL, NC-20 skin, I get a perfect glow that lasts for hours.
The packaging is a pretty silver and the lid pops open. I wish FS would spread distribution to larger cities in the U.S.
Next time I visit the Big Apple, I will go to Soho and look at more products from this line.

I have this blush in Aura and I have to say it is one that I keep returning to. It doesn’t look like much in the package, but on it is a beautiful soft pinkish color without being too pink. The staying power of these blushes are top-notch. This company is underrated, maybe because it is very hard to find. Last time I checked their website was down! Luckily there is a store 45 min. from my house. Every time I go, I end up buying more than I intended to. Alas.
gleefulSalt7
I have it in Körsbär. This is the perfect natural colour. Not brown, not pink, not rosy or peachy it is just perfect!
puzzledCoati9
“Peace” is the most beautiful, natural-looking glowy peach color. It has a lovely bit of shimmer, and stays put all day. I bought it for $4 or $5 on a Beauty.com sale and compared to $20-something for NARS Orgasm–this was the deal of the century and very comparable in color and quality. Kansla is also nice for when I am more tan. I love these cute, flat little pots of blush!
selfishTuna9
This is one of the best blushes at Sephora. The packaging may not be as sleek as YSL or as cute as Benefit, but these blushes are really high quality for a reasonable price. I am a blush ADDICT, I tell ya, and I can say that these blushes are the real deal. I have this in 2 shades: Soft Pink 97 which is quite similar to Narcisse, but MUFE has alot more shimmer. I usually hate shimmer in my blushes, but this one is so natural. I really do love it. I also have this in Pearly Orange 25, very similar to Nars Orgasm, but I like this so much more. These are great blushes that are worth a try! I’m planning on buying Sunflower 71 next which is a true yellow shade! Can’t wait!

I got the #9 which is a vibrant purple color and it is absolutely amazing. I might even say that this is my HG of blushes because it looks so good on. It really gives a nice color to your cheeks, which can be a little unexpected considering the color of the blush in the pan. The only complaint I have about this is that it is incredibly small even though you don’t need much of the blush because it is pigmented. Overall I would definitely buy this again and I may even try the hot pink one or the bright orange one next time.
mercifulGelding6
I have this blush in no 75. It’s a bright intense shade of pink. I prefer to use it as an eyeshadow instead since it’s too bright for my cheeks. When I apply it on my cheeks, I just dust a little bit of it over my Bare Escentuals face colour in true on the apples of my cheeks. I find that it looks much better that way. The best thing about Make Up For Ever products is that they are highly pigmented and last a long time. I find that it’s difficult to take it off and sometimes it leaves a stain on my skin the next day. I would buy this product again.
