I tested this in store and really liked the scent so purchased a 100ml bottle. According to the details for it online this has top notes of green mandarin, red berries and Sakura cherry blossom (one of my all time favourite scents). The heart notes are jasmine, tuberose and osmanthus, whilst the base notes are sandalwood, amber and Madagascan vanilla. All combined this gives a lovely, floral perfume with slightly sharper, fruity undertones that’s light and not overpowering.
Sadly though, it doesn’t last long on me once I’ve applied it. I can get an average of an hour out of this before it’s faded completely and I have to reapply. And for a perfume that cost me £35 for 100ml, it’s not something I can afford to do on a regular basis! My other issue is with the bottle – it looks so cheap! The design is a cross between a bottle of kids ‘perfume’ with the pink, frosted glass and printed cherry blossom motif on the front, and a cheap knock-off of a more expensive perfume that you’d find in a discount store somewhere.
If you want a nice summery perfume, this is definitely worth considering, just don’t expect it to last very long once you’ve applied it. The bottle is pretty bulky to be carrying around with you all day too, so you’ll a decent sized handbag to put it in.
