I think this product is going on the extinction list, but I was able to get one online from Bare Minerals in brown black. I read that this was a top-five-rated eyeliner for the waterline, but it is not so for me. This made my sensitive eyes water and sting, and it wore off in the outer corners of my eyes. I still had some product remaining in the middle of my upper waterline after 8 hours, but this is not good enough for me. I have used Rimmel Scandaleyes pencil liner on my waterline, and it lasts all day on me without irritating my eyes. The price is nice, too. I think I will stick with Rimmel from now on, and will definitely not miss this bareMinerals eyeliner once it becomes extinct.

I have Round the Clock 8pm. I thought I loved this liner. The color is wonderful and it feel so creamy when applying. Those are the only 2 good things about this liner.
But now I hate this liner.
By the middle of the afternoon it flakes. I mean it really flakes. It flakes so much that I have to use saline to get all the flakes out of my eyes and then eventually I don’t have anymore eyeliner on.
Also, once I start applying the liner and stop for a moment in the middle of the process (like answer a text) the liner is already dry and if I try to go over where there is already liner it immediately flakes away. So naturally one would try to pencil in more liner but it just keeps flaking.
Terrible.
Waste of money.
I’ve decided to keep it in my car in case of dire emergency. I would throw it away but it was $17 and I need an emergency eyeliner. If you’re looking for waterproof eyeliner try Lancome.

The full product name is Bare Minerals Round the Clock midnight intense cream-glide eyeliner waterproof. I have the black one. I bought this on a whim, as I have previously thrown out all my other black pencil eyeliners in anger. I like the Urban Decay grays but the blacks are smudgy and gross. This one, now… full disclosure: I just used it for the first time and only for about 7 hours, but! It did not budge. I primed, eyeshadowed, penciled with this then smudged a little, and went over it with a black eyeshadow to set. I laughed, I cried (ok I bawled), my liner was perfect when I got home. Very impressive! Will update when I get more use. I think the only reason not to give it full marks is the price; there really is never a good reason to spend 19$ Canadian (on VIB sale) on a pencil! Except when you’re a nutso makeup freak I guess ^^

I bought this in a round the clock eyeliner set and didn’t expect too much from these eyeliners but they surprised me. This glides on so creamy and the color is saturated. The bronzy brown one looks great on green eyes. Lasts about a 12 hour shift on me and I have some seriously oily peepers. Wish there were more colors, that’s the only complaint that I have. Definitely would repurchase.

This really stays on my waterline. I recently bought MAC Techankohl in Black and it comes off so easily.
My only problem is that it’s a pencil and not an automatic liner. I feel like if I don’t sharpen it like every other day I’m afraid the edge of the pencil will hurt my eyeball.
I have it in 11pm and it’s dark enough to be used as a not very intense black. I’m ok with that.

Smudged sooo much and so easily and for that amount of money, ain’t nobody got time for that. Honey, go to the drug store and buy you a Milani Liquid-like liner or the Jordana 12 hour pencil liners. You can’t go wrong with them and you’ll have some money left over. These are a hot mess. Bless their hearts.

A nice creamy, easy-to-apply eye liner. Lasts all day without smudging and easy to remove with a waterproof eye makeup product. Works just as well as Mally evercolor starlight waterproof eye liners.

I hate that they’re getting rid of this product. As a pencil, yes it is difficult to use and goes on messy. If you were to apply it like a normal pencil, getting a precise thin line is impossible. And once it sets, good luck fixing it should you make a mistake because it doesn’t budge.
HOWEVER, the consistency is very creamy, like a cream eyeliner in a pot that you apply using a brush. Once I figured that out, I swiped the tip of the liner with a soft angled eyeliner brush and BAM it went on great! I was even able to wingtip the line. And when they say waterproof, they do mean waterproof. I’ve worn this to the lake, the pool, etc and have not once had embarrassing smeary streams down my face.
Wish they’d re- release this in a cream eyeliner container, the formula would be perfect for it!

I love this!!!! I have watery eyes and it lasts all day on my water line. No smudging or anything. Deff will repurchase as soon as I run out.

This came with a set of bareminerals products that I bought and I am pleasantly surprised about it.
Pros:
– waterproof (I can cry/sweat and it won’t go anywhere)
– creamy and glides on easily
– very pigmented (I have the black one and it’s VERY black)
– stays on pretty well
Cons:
– does smudge after about 6 hours of wear
– can’t draw precise lines/cat eyes
I wouldn’t buy this again because I am convinced that there is an eyeliner out there that is waterproof and doesn’t smudge after 6 hours and can last like 12 hours. If I never find my miracle eyeliner, I might buy this again because it’s decent.
