My toner turned a strange yellow brown colour yesterday! It’s so strange. It’s just been sitting in my beauty room not that exciting to be used everyday. My friend bought it with me and hers is still pink. I wouldn’t buy it again.

I have small white bumps on my face. This product is the first that works! And I have tried a lot from exfoliating and sk2 essence. I was only exposed to this brand when Sephora had an event and I’m so glad I went because this product removed the small bumps on my face, improved texture, softens and make me glow! I am in love. The dispenser is a bit awkward to use.

i love what this toner does to my skin, but i hate the scent enough to drop a star from the rating. honestly, i dont even hate the actual scent– i just think its too strong. if it were a more subtle cranberry scent, it would be perfect! but it goes on strong and stays strong. it takes more than an hour for the scent to fade!
other than that, its a great toner. it moisturizes my skin and makes it feel really silky. often times (in the summertime) i use only this toner, no moisturizer needed. it cleans my skin really well, doesnt irritate it, keeps my skin clear as well. its very gentle. i like the packaging (though my latest bottle had a leaky cap) and i love the pearly swirls of milk.
because of the strong scent, i dont think i will buy this toner again when my bottle runs out. im getting more and more intolerant of highly perfumed skincare products and i also hate the way this scent mixes with the scent of my daily moisturizer, so im going to start looking for either floral or unscented toners.
if you dont mind a fruity scent, i highly recommend arcona cranberry toner because it really made my skin feel clean and nice.

This toner is really wonderful. It cleans off every last bit of grime from my face while still being super gentle. I use it in the morning to clean my face when I wake up because tap water is pretty harsh and drying on my skin. I swipe it with a cotton ball and I can go over my eyes and blemishes without irritation or stinging. It leaves my face feeling refreshed and moisturized before applying my makeup.
While I was wary of the pump bottle it actually does a great job at getting all the product, even the last drops at the bottom. The problem is the cap doesn’t really click on very securely so I can’t lift the bottle by the cap otherwise it falls. This product is also pretty pricey to use as a makeup remover since I really just need to use too much of it compared to my cheap Crealine. Only reason it gets 4 stars, as otherwise this is really a great product.

4/13/13 UPDATE: Downgrading this to 1 (was 4) because I did not realize how dehydrating this was to my skin until I started using Caudalie’s Cleansing Water in place of it. My skin is soooo much happier. Will use what’s left as a toner for my forehead and chin since cranberry has antibacterial properties, but I don’t think I’ll repurchase it. Original review: This contains the preservative benzyl alcohol. I’m not sure when/if it was reformulated, but it has contained benzyl alcohol for as long as I’ve been using it (8-9 months). I’ve updated the ingredients. It’s low on the list but can still be drying/irritating to some skin types. I have sensitive, oily/dehydrated skin that is very clog-prone. I use this at night as a makeup remover, then I follow up with my regular cleanser. It doesn’t remove all traces of makeup and sunscreen, but it removes enough so that my cleanser removes the rest in one wash. I use this because I can’t use oil cleansers (too drying and clogging). It’s a bit pricey for what it is, but I will continue to repurchase until I find something better. I was so hoping this Toner would be fantastic. Wrong!!! This Toner is one of the most drying toners I have ever used and I have combination skin. It peeled my facial skin as though it was Retin A. The smell is delicious from the bottle but dries to a very synthetic gagging smell on the face. Will never use this toner again. Sorry.

Love this stuff! Doesn’t dry/break out my skin, and smells beautiful. It lingers on my face and I can smell it as I fall asleep at night. It’s not overpowering though. Just smells like cranberries. My skin has been soft and clear since using this.

The packaging is pretty, love the marble swirls, and the scent! On my skin though, it doesn’t feel like its formula is to help oily skin. This product tries to squeeze three steps into one — cleanse, tone, and hydrate. If you have oily skin and try to do these three things at once, something is likely to go haywire. This week I have been using this product more than usual and my skin has really broken out like it hasn’t been cleansed. The truth is, it has been, I have just been using this afterward. I think this could be a great precleanser, like taking off makeup, but cannot be trusted as a toner. I can see it working well for dry skin though.

Arcona is one of my favorite skincare brands, and this toner is amazing. The ingredients are great and natural, the scent is gorgeous, and it really makes a difference in the clarity and glow of my skin. The packaging is sleek, and when you shake the bottle you get this pearly swirl when the rice milk mixes with the cranberry. One of the best products I’ve ever used.

Well the smell is way too strong for my liking.
The consistency is so-so.
I don’t think it did anything for my skin. I usually use different toners for day and night so I have 2-3 toners opened simultaneously, and I tended to grab the others instead of this one.
The reason why I like this is alcohol free, but I’ve used better toners.
Overall, it is an OK but expensive product. I will most likely not repurchase because of the price and it is not good enough for me to want to keep it.
