One of Zoya’s Pixie Dust polishes, this is a textured matte glitter. The base is a medium blue-purple that I would call periwinkle. The glitter is pink (fuchsia?) and blue and fairly fine.
Easy to apply, nice consistency, builds to opacity in two coats. Good wear time, even without a top coat (note that a top coat will change the appearance considerably, and Zoya claims you don’t need one). Removal is a bit troublesome, but not as bad as a full glitter polish.
I have a lot of Zoya’s Pixie Dust polishes, and this one is right up there as one of their best as far as I’m concerned. It’s beautiful.
