One of my favorite eyeliners. Bought this at Mitsuwa. Love love love this eyeliner. Long lasting power, especially with a base and setting spray. Great for cosplay. Vibrant vibrant black that lasts all day. With a setting spray, there’s very little transfer to my oily eyelids, even after a long day, which has been a huge problem for me with other eyeliners. Very easy to use and apply. With the sharp precision tip, I can make the sharpest of wings. By pressing down and angling, you can get a thicker line too. Would rebuy, maybe I’ll see how I like the Dolly Wink eyeliner compared to this.
Cons: that over time, the tip pills up and you get less precision so you need to pick off the pilled-up balls with your fingernails or tweezers. Over time, as it ran out of ink, less ink came out of the tip and going over with the tip would just “move around” the ink on top of my skin, rather than deposit more ink. I’d need to press harder. Best used sooner rather than later, but at this price point (~$15 or so), I’ll gladly pay for this quality.
