This is my favored drugstore foundation. From the very initial day I tried it on I described it as design in a container. After finishing your face, it is evident that this structure works just as good as any type of to highlight the dimension in your skin, making one look quite modelesque. This foundation looks spectacular with my preferred budget-friendly concealers, Maybelline Fit Me and also LA Girl Pro concealers. This structure really does hold one’s ground until you take it off.
This is the structure most closest to high-end top quality in the drugstore in terms of performance, appearance, protection, accommodating all skin types, color selection, simplicity of application, blendability, comfy and also lightweight wear, dimensionality, compatibility with many concealers, being non-cakey/non-streaky/non-drying and offering exceptionally resilient wear. While higher end structures often tend to take far better photos, Revlon Colorstay is a great everyday foundation, great for photography, looks remarkable in reality, and also if you just have this structure, you are perfectly set and are not missing out on anything.

I had utilized Revlon Colorstay foundation for oily skin years ago since it was constantly getting go crazy evaluations as well as states on the board. Eventually I changed to high-end and its been an excellent 6-10 years because I utilized this. I do have completely dry skin so I went with the dry skin version. This currently includes a pump, always an and also. I put on the shade Lover, one of minority tones great for reasonable olive skin. Dispenses a slim fluid, thinner than ELDW for recommendation. This is labeled as having an all-natural finish, again anther plus for dry skin. It looks wonderful on the skin not as well cake-y or heavy, as well as it does not highlight dryness. Protection is medium to complete, puts on well, I used around 7 am and also my 5pm it still looked nice. Years ago when I used this the main downfall was it had a strange paint odor. Unsure if they altered the product, or if it is because I now utilize the completely dry skin version, yet the icky paint smell is gone. Spending plan close friend; y at regarding $10-11USD a bottle, a portion of mid a luxury brand names

The actual adversary.
I bought this months ago to blend with my metropolitan degeneration nude skin as it was as well light for me (didn’t wish to hand over another ₤ 30 for a darker shade).
I was impressed as it provided good insurance coverage as well as lasted all the time.
I’ve been making use of tretinoin as well as questioning why im still obtaining acne regardless of using it.
I review the bad reviews on this foundation and also did an experiment.
I made use of the foundation like I would certainly a concealer, only using it on locations where I had spots. More and more areas would show up in these locations!
I’m only 4 days in to not using it (simply making use of metropolitan decay) and my skin is clearing up so well!!
KEEP AWAY if you have sensitive/ acne susceptible skin!

This is my favorite drugstore foundation. From the very first day I tried it on I referred to it as model in a bottle. After completing your face, it is evident that this foundation works as good as any to bring out the dimension in your skin, making one look quite modelesque. This foundation looks stunning with my favorite affordable concealers, Maybelline Fit Me and LA Girl Pro concealers. This foundation truly does not budge until you take it off.
This is the foundation most closest to high-end quality in the drugstore in terms of performance, appearance, coverage, accommodating all skin types, shade variety, ease of application, blendability, comfortable and lightweight wear, dimensionality, compatibility with most concealers, being non-cakey/non-streaky/non-drying and providing extremely long-lasting wear. At some point I switched to high end and its been a good 6-10 years since I used this. I do have dry skin so I opted for the dry skin version. This now comes with a pump, always a plus. The literal devil.
I bought this months ago to mix with my urban decay naked skin as it was too light for me (didn’t want to fork out another £30 for a darker shade).
I was impressed as it gave good coverage and lasted all day.
I’ve been using tretinoin and wondering why im still getting acne despite using it.
I read the bad reviews on this foundation and did an experiment.
I used the foundation like I would a concealer, only applying it on areas where I had spots. More and more spots would appear in these areas!
I’m only 4 days in to not using it (just using urban decay) and my skin is clearing up so well!!
STAY AWAY if you have sensitive / acne prone skin!

This is one of the better drugstore foundations I have used. The colour, fair and pink-leaning, was a great match. The foundation applies very well no matter what tool you choose to use, and leaves a satiny, natural finish on skin. I wouldn’t say that it’s ideal for dry skin, although marketed as such – it’s really a medium coverage, satin-matte foundation, and I’m not sure what differentiates it from its Combo/Oily counterpart. It has a handy pump applicator.
Some others have commented that this reminds them of MAC Studio Fix Foundation, and I agree. It’s not quite the same – MAC Studio Fix has more coverage, a more matte finish and is fragrance-free. It also applies a bit more smoothly on textured areas. The Revlon has a more satin, natural finish and a mild but noticeable fragrance that almost reminded me of musk sticks! (An Australian lolly.) It’s not a bad scent, but I prefer my foundations to be fragrance free, which is why I wouldn’t repurchase. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend this product – it’s miles ahead of Maybelline Fit Me and L’Oreal True Match in formula, performance and wear, but sadly not shade range.

I have repurchased this about 3 or 4 times. I have very dry skin and it looks alright as long as I use more moisturizing primers and sprays with it. The two lightest shades are perfect for me since one works in winter and the other in summer. It’s not perfect since certain products dry my face up if they aren’t compatible with this foundation. The foundation is full coverage since it covers up my redness and acne with no problems. The wear on this foundation could be better but this is my go to foundation until I can find something more long wearing and hydrating at a decent price point.

I want this foundation to work for me SO badly. I wear the shade 150 Buff and it’s PERFECT…I mean it covers scaring well and makes my skin look incredible. HOWEVER, it sucks the living hell out of my moisture levels. My skin feels so tight and uncomfortable when I’m wearing this. I have sensitive, dehydrated, acne prone skin (lots of pore clogging) and very fair skin. I would say give it a go because it really is beautiful coverage but if your skin feels tight or drier after wearing it then I would say it’s not for you

I have acne prone skin and i wanted to try this foundation. The covarage is really good can cover some red scars…but after 1 week i noticed that my face got lots of bumps and whiteheads. And all the bumps turned to big cystic acne… because of this foundation i stull suffer from cystic acne .. please be CAREFUL…i would not recommend this foundation … dont ruin ur face with this horrible foundation!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had RC for oily skin in shade 180 I bought the same shade for dray skin and then “miracle” first of all the shade does not match, the undertone is too pink. Almost every shade for dry skin has that terrible pink undertone I don’t understand why, are people with dray skin pink people??

I own both the dry and oily of this foundation, and have had the bottles sitting in my collection for maybe a year now? Ive seen two different listings for the ingredients in this, so check your bottle, but the bottles I have (both oily and dry) contain some nasty stuff that can mess with your skin– Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Salicylic Acid (especially if you already use a topical acne med), Hexylene Glycol and Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate (form of oil). (Cosdna)
After seeing these in it, Ive just held on to these foundations because I want to try them, but at what cost of messing up my skin?! I hate being scared to put makeup on my skin.

I like it very much. The packaging is simple and a bit luxurious, the shade 180 (sand beige) is perfect for my nc25 skin. Also it lasts a whole day. I do not use it with primer. The formula is like a high end one. It does not oxidizes at all.
