The highlighter has a metallic finish but it looks quite subtle on the face, it requires some building up. The blushes are very shimmery and have a strong gold shift which is why they will emphasize texture and pores. The formula of the bronzer is my favorite in the palette – it blends well and has a natural, satin finish. All of the shades are light enough for fair skin.

BECCA’s spring/summer ’19 #BECCABFF collection contains two Bronze, Blush and Glow palettes; a light-to-medium palette & a medium-to-dark palette, both containing one Soft Focus Filter highlighter, a Satin Matte bronzer and two Radiant Blushes. Made With Love By Khloe is the light-to-medium option & the four products in it all have original-to-this-palette names – Soft Focus Filter highlight in Glow Up [warm vanilla], Satin Matte bronzer in Koko Bronze [neutral medium tan], Radiant Blush in Fierce [warm peach] and Radiant Blush in Fabulosity [cool pink]. I’m not a big BECCA collector, so don’t know if the shades are renamed editions of regular products or not.
The bronzer is true to it’s name and is a satiny matte, but the other three powders are all marbled and pearlized formulas, that are “Inspired by the skin-smoothing, airbrushing effect of photographic filters, this innovative palette features sheer, buildable powders which are infused with soft-focus pearl and blurring pigments to softly scatter and reflect light”… Err, what they said. My fair skin is very dry, but these powders never look harsh & heavy, or empathize the dryness. I’ve never known powder products to be so light and natural-looking on my skin before, with a subtle ‘healthy-skin’ glow and all-day way. Hmm; I’m going to start to pay more attention to BECCA products, as the formulas of these four products are amazing.
The only thing that bothers me about this palette is BECCA saying that it is suitable for medium skintones – as mentioned above, I’m fair and the warm-toned highlighter, both of the blushes and the medium bronzer all look very natural on me and that’s with me having a tendency towards being heavy-handed, so I don’t believe that the shades will work on medium skintones very well at all – I advise going for the Made With Love By Malika palette, if you have a medium skintone.
The palette is £40 which made me think twice about picking it up at first, but really it’s only £10 per pan of medium/low-high quality travel-sized pan of product, which I don’t think is too outrageous a price.
