Narcotic Narcisse
I have read many reviews of this fragrance, and the reviews seemed to suggest that it is either a love it or hate it fragrance. I am firmly in the LOVE IT! camp after blindly purchasing the EdT, which is as strong as many have suggested. Performance is excellent.
I am unable to pick out all of the notes, but it is sweet, warm, and heady. In short, it is gorgeous and quite addictive. The effect is positively narcotic. I could not be more happy that I added this beauty to my collection.
I feel it is more feminine than unisex. It is more of an evening than a day time fragrance, and more suited to leisure time than to the workday. I felt it was a fairly safe blind buy for myself, but if you are unsure about the notes, and the reviews worry you, then by all means test before you buy. Personally, I feel it is one of the most intoxicating, seductive, and delicious fragrances I have smelt in a very long while. Woo-hoo! 😉

I agree with the reviewer below me; this is without a doubt a LOVE IT or HATE IT fragrance. To me, it really is an early 90s scent, but it’s the first perfume I ever bought myself so it is special. I really love it; it lasts the longest on me of any perfume I’ve ever worn. You don’t have to wear much at all to get noticed. It’s distinctive, not for those who just like to be safe or fit in.

Another love or hate fragrance. I always think these are the greatest fragrances, the ones which cause strong feelings either way, This little flanker, now available really cheaply at discounters, is not for the faint hearted. Any daffodil in this is swamped by, count ’em, deep breath, violet, orange blossom, tolu, musk, woods, vanilla – huge presence. I like this a lot but fumes tend you get eaten by my skin. I suspect strongly that others will brand this an 80’s monster and recoil. Do not wear this at dinner and don’t buy if you want daffodils, you won’t find them.
