I really like this moisturizer for usage after my Retin-A in the evening. Light but creamy going on, it sinks in completely, leaving skin feeling soft & hydrated but not greasy (granted you don’t over-apply…a little goes a long way!).
As the first reviewer noted, it definitely is not fragrance free (it does not have any synthetic “fragrance mix” but does include essential oils). I actually really like the immediate scent (it fades): very fresh and herbal, but the fragrant oils might not work for or appeal to everyone.
The results are more subtle & slower to notice than using Retin-A or Frownies (wrinkle patches), however, I am on the end of my first tub of this and do see a difference in my skin.
It’s not immediate gratification, but it definitely helps give the skin a plumped appearance and seems to smooth/fill finer lines with time. A couple aqcaintances have fished to find out if I am getting Botox or other treatments, so I consider that proof enough. 🤣
Me: Nearing my 40’s, combination-dry/sensitive skin type.

I was spending tons on skincare trying to maintain the health of my skin and not knowing for sure what is science and what is hype and marketing. Until one day I stumbled on to a video from Dr. Dray and I was hooked ever since. That woman`s advice has saved me tons of cash and helped my skin on a better path to healing. I bought this Derma E moisturizer based on her advice, but as I have recently found out, this moisturizer contains lavender, an ingredient that nearly ruined my skin when I was using it a year ago as a topical facial oil from the brand Gamilla`s Secret. I don`t fault Dr. Dray for this, she herself was unaware until recently of the deceptive advertisement of this crappy company. On Iherb.com, the site where I purchased this moisturizer, it was listed as fragrance-free. But once you crack into it, the unmistakable scent of lavender hits you. Even the Derma E site did not disclose lavender was added to this, until more and more customers started calling and emailing their Customer Service to inquire, and only then did they start putting comments on their site disclosing the addition of lavender. I was really disappointed, so this was the first and last product that I will ever buy from this company. Luckily, I do not suffer from rosacea and the acne and irritation that I went through last year thanks to Gamilla`s Secret (her secret must be about the best way to rip off people of their hard earned cash) was healed with Differin and Vitamin C treatments, but I would imagine how deceived and angry someone with rosacea and sensitive skin would be if tricked into buying this concoction. Shame on you, Derma-E!
UPDATE: Sure enough, I have started breaking out again, in those same jawline cysts reminiscent of the Gamilla Secret experience, and this moisturizer was the only change in my routine. To the trash it goes, buyer beware!
