I like these. I hate applying body cream, such a faff and I always forget. I was told this was an in shower lotion so that’s how I use it, and I love it.
Once I’ve shut off the water, I apply this all over (particularly on my arms and chest where I get really dry skin) give it a minute to sink in then dry myself as normal. I have the almond one, it smells lovely but not as intense as some of the others. I’d like to get the sugar plum one at Christmas 🙂
Things I would change: as it’s an in shower thing it would be more helpful if it had a pump. It’s also quite pricey I think.

I really like these. Happy to have found the Mango scented one since the butter is incredibly oily. Also tried the spicy limited edition Ginger from the summer collection.
The body yoghurts are light non sticky cooling gels that dry fast and moisturize my normal skin adequately. Not as decadent as the butters but more user friendly. Not really staples in my bathroom but I’ll pick one or two every now and then.

This product is amazing, The almond milk one has such a sweet, soft, heavenly scent.
I love that it leaves your skin feeling hydrated without the sticky sensation. A little on the pricey side for a body lotion, but it is cheaper than the body butter.
Pros
– Lightweight texture (no sticky feeling)
– Skin feels hydrated
– Can be used on sensitive skin
– Great fragrance
– Decent-sized tub, where you can use every last drop!
– Vegan, cruelty-free
Cons
– More expensive than other brands of body lotion (justifiably so)

I picked this in the limited edition Banana scent, as I thought these body yoghurts would be a great choice for summer. But honestly I prefer the butters, it’s very thin and gel like and with daily use I went true the tub in 2.5 weeks. It’s a light and cooling lotion but also kinda sticky. Would buy the butters over the yoghurts because they are more nourishing to the skin.

Raise your hand if you have gone through a ton of The Body Shop Body Butters (*raised two*)
They are amazing during winter, but not so much during summer. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have extra 15 minutes to wait until the cream soaks into my skin. Luckily the brand recently introduced their newest body lotion formula: Body Yoghurt.
I was very skeptical about it at first. I have very dry skin and this is a gel formula. I thought it would peel, bunch up and not hydrate my lizard skin at all. But I was very wrong!
It is just as good as body butters, except so much more lightweight. Skin just drinks it up in one go and by the time I am about to dress up and run out the door, nothing will stick to my clothes. It is a great formula. Probably not for a cold climate, but during summer it is fab! I talk more about this and other body favourites in a separate review here ( Hope it helps!
