I can`t believe no one is talking about this brand. ARTDECO is a German brand, with some pretty solid products. I get it on Beautybay or when I travel to Europe. I picked up one of these eyeliners in Light Teal, which is a tricky color: if the quality is not up to par, it can fade easily and disappear. The ARTDECO liner was soft and buttery (and I had forgotten it in my drawer and did not use it for a year after purchase!) and the color was really pigmented with one swipe. I couldn`t believe how pigmented and shiny it was, and you would never believe from the color on the pen that it could be this full on. I have oily lids, but they stayed as vibrant and smudge-proof from 7am, when I applied it, to 11:30pm when I was ready to wash my face. In winter, when my eyes water like crazy from the dryness and cold, I always use my ARTDECO eyeliners to avoid smudging. Have been purchasing for years now.

One of the best eyeliners I’ve worn! It stays all day (I put on my makeup in the morning; when I arrive at night, the eyeliner still looks fresh). I just wish there was a bigger size of this (like Sephora’s Jumbo Eyeliner).

Good eyeliner! I wore this for new-year on my upper waterline and also used it to create a cat eye. It didn’t even transfer too my lower waterline from my upper after I had applied it and it didn’t fade during the wear time, which was for about 8 hours. I bet it can easily stay put the whole day because it hadn’t moved or smudged or changed a tiny bit since I applied it.

The consistency is very soft, but not so soft that the pencil falls apart when applied. The ingredients should be pretty good too. This was very easy to remove with makeup remover.

I don’t really know what more to say: it’s a long-lasting, waterproof, with a soft consistency that doesn’t smudge or fade, and it stays put even on the waterline without transferring (at least not after it has dried, which takes no time) and it didn’t irritate my sensitive eyes. The only problem is that it’s not VERY black and can look dark grey on the lower water line.
