While I gave this product a 3, I would repurchase again if circumstances dictated. This is a very basic, no frills micellar water that while it does the job (cleansing), it left something to be desired. It is also $1, so it is somewhat of a “you get what you pay for” thing. I did not experience any irritation issues while using this product. It smells a bit like a toner, and the packaging is pretty funky (the top doesn’t provide a super strong seal, and I imagine it would leak if not kept upright). I did not seem to need more of this versus another micellar cleansing water, and I did not notice any film/residue left behind. However, I do prefer micellar waters that I can also remove eye makeup, and this seemed to irritate my eyes a bit and just not remove mascara well.
