Best, most affordable drugstore product you can get. I picked up a $2 jar in the travel section at Walgreens and couldn’t believe that they were selling the 1.7oz jar (traditional size of face creams) for that price and I saw that the second ingredient was lactic acid, one of the mildest and most hydrating of the alpha hydroxy acids around. Figured it would be a good thing to carry around for touch ups since my skin does get dry in the winter or for the hands. Wrong! I have been using it for the face for several years now and it is perfect. Yes, the scent is kind of flowery but I don’t mind that, I actually like the milky/flowery thing. Great for sensitive skin (mine), hasn’t caused congestion and mixes well with my sunscreen (L’Oreal Future E) without pilling. You can get a huge jar of it on Amazon for about $13. I do repackage it into glass containers, it lasts me over a year. Reminds me of the St. Ives renewing lotion I used to buy before they discontinued it (that also had lactic acid as a second ingredient)

This is a highly scented, lactic acid lotion. It isn’t too heavy so it’s easy to smooth on. This is really nice and makes my skin glowy and soft.
I prefer not to use it on my face because of the strong fragrance, but I use it liberally on my arms and legs for keratosis pilaris. It works very well and my skin is really smooth now. My leg kp was out of control with summer shaving (I was bleeding from cutting the bumps off), but no more bloody legs now!
Very affordable kp treatment and I will definitely rp for this purpose.

I currently have only two moisturizers for night, this one and cetaphil cream and I barely ever use my cetaphil anymore. My favorite thing about this cream is the scent, and it does have a strong fragrance. I like using this cream on my body and face before bed. It moisturizes my skin and takes all the dry flakiness off because it has aha in it. I have sensitive combination skin but this cream I can use every day with no problems, even with the fragrance and aha. I will probably stop using this for my face because I started using tretinoin but I will keep buying it for my body.

Bought this without thinking, Ponds is NOT cruelty free (and worse, is owned by evil Unilever lol) so I’m beating myself up about grabbing this on sale but I guess I’ll use it since I can’t return it.
I bought this because the 2nd ingredient is lactic acid. For $5 that’s an insanely good deal. Oddly, the container describes it as a “collagen and vitamin e” infused product… but collagen is listed so far down in the ingredients that it’s actually AFTER fragrance. It’s odd to me that they wouldn’t advertise the AHA properties but tout collagen when there’s basically no collagen in it.
Anyway, the feeling of this cream is very nice but the scent is absolutely nauseating. So overscented!!! There’s like 10 ingredients listed after fragrance, clearly they put WAY too much perfume in. I get that Pond’s is an old lady brand but COME ON lol!! I can’t really get over the scent, it lingers on my face and hands for ages even after washing with soap.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks so far. As i have gotten older i find i need more products that are anti aging. I picked this up cause its cheap and you get a whole lot of product.
This stuff does moisturize my skin and does not make me break out. I have seen subtle changes in my wrinkles but nothing significant. I cant expect drastic results but i do like this stuff. I do have to remember to use a sunscreen during the day. I have slight hyperpigmentation above my lip that wasn’t there before.

Best moisturizer I’ve ever used. Since I’ve been using this my face is so much more healthy looking. I’m also noticing my acne disappearing and my face looks brighter.
I use this morning and night. I love the smell and everything about it.

I absolutely love this. Have had breakouts on the surrounding chin area, this has seemed to help with that after just one month of use. I use it morning and night. It stings for a few seconds upon application similar to glycolic acid creams.. but that soon goes away.
Love the smell… love the product… my new “inexpensive” cream! Comparable to the high end ones for sure if not better!

I’ve used all of the high-end products and popular brands: La Mer, Lauder, The Ordinary, the Sephora boutique brands.
I know the good ingredients and I know my skin. I bought this (on sale) at CVS because my hands are just a mess with these temperatures and the need to wash frequently during flu season.
So I used it on my face, too. And I love it. LOVE IT!
Lactic acid is the number two ingredient along with borage oil, glycerin in a mineral oil/silicone base.
Old school formula but it works for me.
Yep it comes in a jar. Not a great delivery system. But it is a 20th of the price of La Mer.
There is a lot of talk about mineral oil – but when my skin is super dry, it is the ONLY thing that works fast.

On my third jar. I have found this doesn’t absorb on my face fast enough for my liking. I have a weird thing about products sitting on my face (same issue with foundations). However I keep a jar on my nightstand to use on my neck and decollete areas at bedtime. Any excess left over I rub into my hands. Trying to combat signs of aging any way I can!

I started using this product a year ago when I bought a travel size jar for a trip. I was immediately hooked within the first 5 days of using it. Now a year later, and a daily part of my bedtime skincare routine, I can honestly say this is one of the best products I’ve ever used in my life. It’s inexpensive, comes in a huge jar that lasts all year, and it’s helped me look 10 years younger. My skin is so much smoother, it literally glows, and my fine lines have disappeared. Since starting on this a year ago, I’ve introduced it to several of my friends and they all use it religiously now! I don’t see myself letting this go ever.
