As someone with thin, oily, falling hair I was looking for something that would nourish and clean my scalp which would hopefully result in better hair health. This product did exactly that. 100% recommended for oily hair!
I’ve been struggling to find shampoo for oily hair for a while now. My hairstylist recommended Wella SP Balance shampoo and it helped a little. But after using two bottles it was just not doing anything anymore. I came upon this shampoo after doing some research, and oh my god, it is amazing!
My hair gets extremely greasy/oily to the point where I have to wash it everyday, and if I don’t wash it, I have to use dry shampoo. My hair is either clean or very oily, there’s no middle ground. After using the Oil Detox shampoo, I can feel comfortable without washing my hair or using any dry shampoo on the day after washing. The smell is amazing – a mix of orange and lemon (a very natural scent) and very little is needed to work up a lather.
Although this has worked miracles on me since I have very oily hair, I don’t think this shampoo would fare well for less oily hair as I suspect it is very drying.
