This fragrance was so overdone around 2005-2010 that my nose couldn’t take it any longer. Everyone and also their grandmother’s pet wore JCB. I simply rediscovered the lotion and haze in my stockpile today … and now that it’s not so frequently used I can appreciate it wherefore it is. JCB is actually nice! I had forgotten about that grainy, smoky, spiced musk in the base notes. It’s fragile, not hefty, yet it has visibility. The fragrance isn’t chokingly sweet; the apple as well as plum and also cinnamon are just sustaining stars for the woodsy note.
This is really wearable by anyone. Would certainly be stunning paired with a sandalwood or musk oil.

Scent summary:
” An oh-so-fresh blend of Japanese cherry blossom, Oriental pear, fresh mimosa flowers, white jasmine & flushing sandalwood”
A really solid ruptured of tart cranberry fruit for the very first minute (love). After that it transforms a powdery floral similar to that in Beautiful Day (not so keen on). The scent does not lasts long, around 20 mins.
The lotion has alot of glycerine so it makes skin sticky, then after 10 minutes dries down to a smooth yet tacky grainy covering (silicones) that makes skin really feel drier than in the past. Itches my skin. Not terrific for completely dry skin, sensitive skin, and also the scent does not last long. I’m better off purchasing separate lotion and also fragrance from an additional line.

The scent is just extremely overwhelming. Eliminate me currently. It’s like, “Why did I buy something that punches me in the face every single time I open it?”
Product packaging is fine, lotion high quality is conventional Bath and also Body Works.

The smell is just wildly overpowering. Kill me now. It’s like, “Why did I buy something that punches me in the face every time I open it?”
Packaging is fine, lotion quality is standard Bath and Body Works.

My signature scent! This lotion is gorgeous. I love it so much that I even bought the body mist. The only downside however is that the scent doesn’t last that long

The bed bath and body works Japenese blossom is a wonderful scent. My problem is the scent doesn’t last . It’s really important for me to have a fragrance lotion that last because I use it as an alternative to perfume.

Amazing scent. Can be worn year round but I prefer the spring and summer.
Nice and light but still detectable and just sweet enough
I find the lotion to be light and refreshing.

Too overpowering/strong. Something in it, gives me a headache and makes me nauseous. So many people like it though.

I love exotic scents. This scent reminds me of a beautiful Japanese cherry blossom tree and it isn’t an old lady scent nor a childish Strawberry Shortcake one. This is very moisturizing (like all Bath and Body Works lotions), and the moisture lasts longer than the scent but when I apply it before bed, it relaxes me. Definitely recommend.

One of my close friends buys this in sets for my birthdays and Christmas. She knows I love how it smells, and there’s no way I’ll be disappointed.
For those wondering what friends may like from the Bath and Body Works line, this is pretty universal and worth a try.
