I have the same experience as the reviewer below.
Nice shades without obvious glitter in a handy twist up pen, cheap, but the application is just bad. It’s uneven, cakey and even chalky in places, skips areas, and it’s nearly impossible to blend out the uneven bits. Too bad, as the shade I have would also work as under brow and inner eye corner highlighter, but I just don’t want to wear stuff I can’t blend or apply to “no makeup makeup” effects.
It’s not irritating. I feared it would be as I have serious beef with their popular foundation in that regard, but this hasn’t caused sensitivities for me. Bugger is just not actually useful. Skip this one.

I had this in colour 040 Pearl Instinct, which is a beatiful sparkly champagne. However, I found the formula hard to work with, which is why I would not buy this again. It’s a twist-up shadow pen, but it’s too dry and hard to really deposit evenly on delicate areas like around the eyes. The stick ends up tugging and skipping for an uneven application. I will say it does have very good staying power, though.

The only place I ever use highlighter is my tear duct area and I got this recently from Ulta because it was cheap enough that if it wasn’t satisfying, I wouldn’t be out a lot. It has worked out well and I think it’s a great value!
I have the color 030 Need It. It’s pretty glittery (small amount of fallout when blending, but very small) and is a nice, creamy consistency. It’s looks white with a slightly silvery sheen to me.
It could have slightly better staying power but other than the teensy amount of fallout, that’s the only thing lacking for me. Recommended.

Like the previous reviewer, my experiences with this were negative. Something in this formula transferred quickly to my contact lenses and clung there for the remaining few minutes that it stayed put. It did not apply smoothly and had a hard texture, meaning I had to apply far too much pressure to a sensitive area around my eyes. I’m not sure what other product I would recommend in place of this one since I haven’t bothered to try a comparable product since purchasing, but I certainly wouldn’t recommend this product.

I bought this eyeliner pencil to brighten up my inner eye and to colour my waterline to open up my eyes. I find the pencil too greasy and clumpsy, and the product ends up all between my lashes. I also wish this was a pencil you could sharpen because the tip is not fine enough. Catrice says this is waterproof but it has zero staying power. Would not buy again.
