I have used henna for years so know what I’m doing. I was sure I had used this product before and was happy with. NOT this time. It turned my grey or lighter hairs bright yellow. Luckily it faded quickly.
I have dark hair but the strand colour also vary from very dark to light, with a fair amount of grey. I usually use a copper red to give the lighter colours a red tinge to blend in with the brown. I used the Logona Flame Red.
Very disappointing. There should be a warning if it is not suitable for grey hair as I can’t think of any other reason it would have gone yellow…??

I have just started using Herbal Hair Colour Cream in the colour Copper Blond. I’m highly allergic to PPD, so this is the only way for me to colour my hair without DYING. Yes, dying.. I have tried it three times, as of the first and second time it got really nice, but disappeared after a couple of washes. The last time I started with the Logona Colour Plus cleanser and finished with the Logona Colour Conditioner, but my result got even worse! It does very little for my hair and washes out after just a few washes. It coloured my very blonde parts quite all right, whilst the darker areas stayed the same. The only reason I give it a 3 is that it is good that I actually have an option. There is one other good thing: I can colour my hair two times for the amount in one tube (which costs about £ 10), so it doesn’t cost more than £ 5 to colour my hair. It’s easy to apply, smells o.k. and gives a nice shine and healthy look to the hair after the colouring.
