I seldom write a review but do depend on other’s reviews when buying a new product so I thought it was time to share my thoughts on this product — Unbelievable! I had average acne when a teen and no real scarring. Then, many years ago I changed foundations and after a period of time, I began breaking out with cystic acne and the more I broke out the more foundation I used to cover these volcanic eruptions. I did stop using that foundation and about 18 months ago I started using this product. Today, I have no visible scars. I did not really expect it to work but after three months, I noticed a difference. I am retired and don’t wear make-up every day and on those days, I use Bio-Oil twice a day. My daughter-in-law recently told me how beautiful my skin was. I purchased the 4.2 oz. bottle for about $12 on Amazon and I still have about 1.5 oz. left. If you use it religiously and are patient, I think you will have great results, too.

I use bio oil to re-hydrate dry patches that I get during the winter months and I find that it really helps to soothe and heal them. I’ve gotten dry patches on my arms and close to my underarms and when I use this, within a couple days, the dry patches are healed. I also use the oil to help fade stretch marks and scars. I find that over time this has helped to fade stretch marks but you have to give it time. You wont see drastic results but over time you’ll notice that they’ve started to fade and don’t look so prominent.

I have been using Bio-Oil twice a day, from the beginning of my pregnancy to prevent and reduce my stretch marks, specially on hips and breast. and results have been evident with just a few applications. Bio-Oil is a blend of essential plant oils and vitamins highly effective in helping to maintain the elasticity of skin, keep skin moisturized and improve its texture and tone. I am very happy with the product, and compared to other expensive oils, Bio-Oil is a very good value for money. I will definitely continue using it!!

I don’t put this on my face, just on my body. It is a lightweight oil that absorbs pretty well. It is still an oil so don’t expect it to absorb like creams /lotions. It leaves my skin smooth and after it dries, doesn’t feel very oily to touch. I apply it on areas where I will have clothes on – like the bum and belly for stretch marks. Doesn’t rly stain clothing. It lightens the marks but doesn’t completely remove it and I am not the most disciplined when it comes to applying it every night. Overall I’m quite satisfied and I like the smell, it just smells like a light scented powder.
Update: been through 2nd bottle of this, this time I apply every night or fortnightly. Much more disciplined as I’m pregnant. I don’t have any stretch marks, started applying from 2nd trimester and I’m in my 8th month of pregnancy now. My stretch marks on my butt cheeks seem to have lighten as well.

It was quite likely the Mineral Oil in this that broke me out into the 2nd week of using it on my face, and I was literally using no more than 2 drops on a night after cleansing & toning. Mineral oil has a habit of doing that for me!
However, before that happened I noticed an acne mark on my chin fade about 50% which had been there for well over a month, so Bio oil did have an affect. The only problem was I unknowingly swapped one acne mark for another (many others) as deep pimples started to form.
Was quite dissapointed as some good ingredients in here with decent anti-aging potential and the price point is fantastic – $12.49 at Walgreens for a 4.2 oz bottle that could literally last forever if only used on the face.
Used up the remainder of the bottle on my arms and back. Not too keen on the very artificial fragrance but it dissipated quickly enough so not a huge issue. Have since found less acnegenic products to deal with facial blemishes and pigmentation issues.

I saw this advertised for some time and decided to try it. I went over to Ultra and bought a bottle. From the first I was hooked ~ I have dry, sensitive skin and this product soothed my skin, kept it moist without an oily feel, made my parched skin glowing. My makeup just glides on and looks very translucent.
If you are older it does wonders for your neck and your arms.
It is one of the few beauty products I simply cannot live without.
It costs basically nothing, around $20 and one bottle lasted for 9 months.
It’s simply a Wonder Product,

This review is for Old Spice deodorant in the “Classic” scent. I am a woman, and I love this product. Research (thank you Fragrantica.com!) says that it is an Oriental Spice with notes of nutmeg, lemon, orange, star anise, aldehydes, carnation, jasmine, geranium, cinnamon, heliotrope, pimento, ambergris, benzoin, cedar, vanilla, tonka bean and musk. It is GORGEOUS and warm and comforting, and I have found it can actually be used as a solid perfume as well because it leaves no trace on skin as it’s a sort of hard gel that feels cooling when applied. I rubbed the stick on my wrists and it totally works! Leaves no marks just wonderful smell that lasts. One could use another regular deodorant and just use this one as a solid perfume. I will do it, I don’t care..lol…So pleased with this product. Highly recommend and would purchase again (though I most likely won’t have to as I purchased a six stick pack!) 🙂 This product is a deodorant NOT an antiperspirant, which makes it even more like a solid perfume!
ecstaticSnipe4
I used to wear any and all Old Spice deodorants because I thought my girlfriend would think the scents were sexy… ahh, it turns out she hates Old Spice. Damn! 🙂 Okay, well as a deodorant it functioned normally. You know? I wasn’t stinky. Well, I didn’t think so, my girlfriend would beg to differ.
importedVenison9
My boyfriend does not like old spice neither do I and that is because it stinks it’s too much of a loud scent and the deoderant smells good but does not last too long he is not a fan
excitedThrushe9
I decided to give Old Spice deodorant a shot for 2 reasons. 1. I’d heard Wolfhorn smells like fruit roll ups. 2. From browsing here over the years, I’d heard others mention using men’s deodorant.
I ended up picking Bearglove antiperspirant over Wolfhorn and so far it has not disappointed. The scent is fruity with a hint of spice. It’s not too masculine. Even better, it lasts throughout the day (something Secret Clinical, Lady’s Speedstick, and Dove have all failed at for me). At the end of the day, I don’t have to worry about my deodorant wearing off which is awesome!
Also, I feel this really does reduce how much I sweat. Even in a warm classroom in snugly fit dress, I stayed dry. With my other deodorants, I’ve worn that very dress and that wasn’t the case.
Overall, I’m really impressed with Old Spice. The price is great and so far, it’s done exactly what it’s supposed to. If this keeps up, I can see myself switching to Old Spice permanently.
importedGarlic4
After 3 days of using the Wolfthorn deodorant, my underarms broke out in a rash and what appear to be chemical burns. I have not changed my body wash, so I’m reasonably sure this was an allergic reaction to the deodorant.
It’s too bad, because I loved the scent and the deodorant did work well. I should have known better than to start using a new product without patch testing. Lesson learned!
fondHawk9
I really don’t like most female deodorant/antiperspirant scents, so I ventured into men’s and I’m so glad that I did! I’m a sweaty gal and I need something that isn’t going to poop out mid day and leave me stinky. I’ve tried both the deodorant and antiperspirant and I love both. While they don’t keep me totally dry, the wetness I get doesn’t smell like B.O.
finickyWeaver4
Amber deodorant is the BEST!!!! Not antiperspirant!
Smells awesome! Totally lasts… Forget women’s. Doesn’t work on me. I finally stay dry and no BO. I use a generous amount. What I really like too is that most of my perfumes have amber in them. So it’s a win win ….!!! Neutral in my world. Probably the one that is more feminine in my opinion. Also, tried fresher figi. That’s a fun clean scent. Little more for summer tho. Citron and Timber are nice too! Cheaper than women’s, bigger, lasts longer, smell better and never ever get on clothes or ball up on pits!! so wonderful!

I got the shade ‘Judo Red’ in the Victoria beckham LE range. There was a sale at Sephora and it was 1/2 priced. Its a bright orange red shade. Perfect for summer beach vacays
Pros
Lasting power: no chipping for 6 days.
The brush is huge, nice for wide nails girls like me
Cons

I would def try more colors from Nails Inc range

Terrible nail polish, bought as a present thankfully, definitely wouldn’t pay for it. Takes ages to dry, and I mean ages. The £1 nail polish Makeup Gallery from pounland is much superior

My review is for Harley Gardens which seems to be branded as nail makeup, meaning it covers up imperfections in nails. I have a damaged nail bed that is not attached to the nailbed halfway down (I know, shudder.) It’s white in appearance and I’m really self-conscious about it. I have tried six different nail polish shades, including mixing them, to try to get something close to my natural shade. This one is the closest. Even better than that, I use one coat on all of my nails (I usually don’t like to wear nail polish) and it lasts all week. It doesn’t chip, it fades. Truly wonderful. I’m in love with this stuff.

I remember when nails inc bars started popping up all over London. Reviews and promos for their polishes and treatments were in all the glossy magazines, their chic London names felt very modern and edgy. So London.
Through the help of Tx Maxx I have acquired quite a few of their polishes over their years. I find them to be really hit and miss. And definitely not worth the full price tage. I suppose these inconsistencies in quality could be due to getting them in Tx Maxx, but I have gotten lots of Essie and Illamasqua there and have found them to be a lot more reliable.
My main rant is about their caviar base coat. I think it is called kensington caviar flawless base coat. It is tinted purple and comes in a clear bottle in their classic Nails inc round shape. Maybe all they care about is the finish because this base coat does NOTHING to prevent yellowing AT ALL. My nails are painted 99% of the time. After a few weeks of using this my nails looked like they’d been soaking in coffee and cigarettes. (I switched to Orly Top2Bottom and no more orange yellow nails now).
I have a couple of their colours, darks mostly. A few top coats and a ‘pleather’ np. I think tehy are best at top coats. I really like the tops coats I have from them, although they seem to get gloopy really quickly. I don’t think I would buy another straight up colour from them. With top coats you can do so much, so it seems like it is worth the extra ££. But otherwise I will steer well clear of them now.

Worst nail polish ever tried. The brush shed as I applied the polish and I had to redo 2 figures. Polish took forever to dry, and went on streaky and clumpy, only to chip less than 24 hours later. Cannot wait to return it.
peacefulZebra1
I bought Colville Mews as I wanted a nude colour. The colour is OK, (Barry M’s Lychee is prettier), but I wasn’t impressed it overall. It’s not good value at all.
Cons- chipped within 2 days, streaky, not a shiny finish
Pros- good brush

This brand has some hit and miss colors. Some I absolutely love, and some are not worth the money at all. They usually retail for 12$ each, with only 10mL per bottle. Some colors are absolutely amazing, and others I wouldn’t pay more than 4-5$ for.
humorousCur7
I have crazy sensitive skin. At first it made my skin a bit red and dry, but putting on some moisturizer stopped all that. After 4 days, my skin was clear. And I mean CLEAR. IVE TRIED EVERYTHING and nothing has worked as well as this. I will absolutely be purchasing this again. And for a little under 20 bucks?! Yes please!!
finickyLlama2
I bought the severe acne kit because I’m pregnant which is making me totally break out, although I know the amount of acne I have is probably not “severe”. After following the directions carefully for the first five days I’ve noticed some great results. When I wake up in the morning my skin looks amazing! After washing your face in the morning it will get a little red and look worse but that is because you are washing the skin and putting product on it which can cause some redness.
I have used the sensitive kit before but the results were nothing like the results of the severe acne kit. I would not give this same review for the sensitive kit as I did not like it.
Overall I would buy the severe acne kit every time I am breaking out but once it runs out I would switch to a more gentle product such as cetaphil. The reason for this is because once the acne has cleared up I no longer want redness during the day. The redness is very mild and easily covered by makeup but when I’m treating acne I don’t like to wear makeup. It is not a terrible rash or itchy or anything that other people have been claiming to happen.
cheerfulBuck2
I have used this before and that is when my acne gets a bit too hard to handle.
It is good for that sort of the thing and I don’t reccomend that you use the Third Step Repair Lotion anywhere near the eyes because they may puff up the next morning and that isn’t too dandy to deal with!
Anywho,
The first step (Purifying Cleanser) leaves my skin feeling nice, soft, and clean after a nice and soft scrubbing.
The second step (Toner) does burn my skin a bit but nonetheless, it gets the job done removing all the dirt and other impurities in my pores. (Also make-up.)
The third step (Repair Lotion) is like a soother to the second step! All toners leave the face a bit tingly and dry but that’s okay because that’s were this moisutrizer comes in. Not to mention it also contains benzoyl peroxide which means it does both jobs removing impurities as well as providing moisture.

I’ve been using this product for a year and I absolutely loved it! my acne went significantly and I only got a few bumps here and there, nothing I couldn’t handle. BUT after a year my skin looked like it couldn’t take it anymore, and all of a sudden my eyes started to swell up. I was so upset and depressed because I didn’t know if it was the acne medication or my makeup. I came here to see if anyone had my same problem, and I’m noticing a lot of bad reviews with people that have my same swollen eye problem. I’m sad I have to discontinue the product because I loved it so much and now I need to find an alternative. I won’t give it a bad review because it did work, my skin has always been really sensitive and I always thought it was a miracle that this one being the severe kind, worked so well on my terribly sensitive skin. It left my skin dry but so clear. It’s a love hate relationship and maybe in a year I will try it again. It’s cetaphil products and black soap for me until my skin gets back healthy

To start off, I’m a 15 year old with fairly moderate skin. My skin is a bit oily & I have quite average/medium acne. My skin had recently gotten worse, so I decided to try a new face wash. Instead we bought an acne kit which I was excited and hopeful about. When I first started using it I had already seen a bit of clearing up and less redness (in the first 2 days)! But then I went to the beach on vacation and the combo of the ocean and this product dried out my chin pretty badly, which there is a warning to this on the bottle I believe. So for a week I just used the product above my chin so I could let it heal, I used lotion to do so. When I got back from vacation I returned to a normal routine and my skin has really started to clear up! I suggest this product to people with average acne & slightly oily skin!
joyfulChamois7
This dries up your face horribly. It does improve your face right away when you start using it, but once a week passes by, your skin wi start to irritate. I’m 16 years old and thought this would finally be something to help me, but it didn’t.
boredWeaver7
I have been using this product for about three days and found it very unhelpful. The first time I tried the three step overnight routine, when I woke up my skin was very dry, irritated, and covered in itching bumps. I tried it a few times afterwards and found it had the same effect every time. I would not recommend this product.
lyingMuesli0
I absolutely adore this product! My favorite is the xoxo or runaway heart. I use all of them, the exfoliating sugar scrub, the moisturizing and foaming body wash, the moisturizing body creme, and the fragrance mist. They smell so good, and work so well, I love the feeling of cleaning my self with this. It is gentle enough so I can clean “down there” but rough enough so I feel the clean and it dosn’t feel like gunk or goo sitting on my skin. When I went to target to buy it I also bought a lot of other products, most weren’t from bodycology but let’s just say that I wanted to shower in my own shower (I was showering in my parents shower) now that at that time I was entering junior high and I was going through that stage of independence and I wanted to use my own shower (even if it meant sharing with my older brother) I was looking for a face exfoliant so when I turned around and saw bodycology. I looked at my mom and told her all about the dilemmas I’ve been having with my body wash from bath and body works, which was making my shower floor slippery and the moment I poured it into my hands it was a liquid and ran right through it. I knew my brother would NOT be happy about the floors and neither was I. He showered every morning and I showered every night. We were both in a tight situation with no time for all this junk that the bath and body works was causing, I’m not saying a brand new product did this but over a little bit of time it did this and that’s not exeptible in my book. I have a “code” that I try to live by with the products I use, if I don’t love it 100% and I don’t think I could rave about how much I love it and how much it truly is a good product, then put it down and find a new product. With the bath and body works I didn’t feel ecstatic, with bodycology I do. Plus I have other reasons to not like bath and body works and philosophy, which I haven’t even talked about yet. But with bath and body works it is so pricy and when I go to college I want to keep using the products I love, so for such a cheap price for such a great product, it is a miracle sent from heaven, plus the bath and body works is so strong I feel like someone could get hurt. Now hear me out this may sound a little drastic but my friends cousin was sick and decided to take a shower she was using the bath and body works when it sucked up into her freshly blown nose she began to feel light headed and set the product down when she stood up from bending down, her knees buckled under her and that was when she fainted her DAD found her after he heard a noise and went to check in on her with his eyes closed but when all he got was silence and the shower he ran in and rushed her to the emergency room. If she was using something with a less strong scent she wouldn’t have fainted and saved herself from total embarrassment by her dad seeing her naked! And that isn’t even as bad as philosophy it’s one thing to be embarrassed but to have cancer and die, is a whole other thing. Philosophy has parabens which cause you to have OVER a 55% rate of having breast cancer, so yes save yourself with the amazing products from bodycology.
wrathfulBuzzard5
This is a review of Bodycology XOXO sugar body scrub. I’ve been using body scrubs daily to help my skin shrink as I lose weight and to help deal with stretch marks. It’s done wonders for my skin but it gets expensive, which is why I picked this up. I loved the smell in the store and I still do (it actually reminds me of Sheer Lace perfume from Lane Bryant) and if my body smelled like this product after a shower I’d probably like it more. The scent is probably the best part of this product so if that is what you want, get another XOXO scented product.
In comparison to other body scrubs this just doesn’t add up. It feels harsher and grittier and yet seems to remove less skin, my skin is often red after using this but that fades quickly. It has almost zero moisturizing properties and I have to follow up with a heavy lotion after the shower. Because I do exfoliate so regularly, most of the bumps, rashes and dry spots I have are gone already, so this does an okay job at maintaining that. But for problems areas I still require a different scrub, and that for me is a dealbreaker. If the scent lasted longer or it left my skin feeling softer I might repurchase, but needing to use an additional scrub and a lotion after my shower is too much. I may end up using this just to prepare my legs for shaving, but I don’t see myself finishing this tub anytime soon.

This is to review Bodycology’s XOXO body wash.
Ok, so I know Bodycology makes a lot of dupes for Bath and Body Works and Victoria’s Secret scents. I’ve been picking my brain for days trying to figure out what scent they’re trying to duplicate here. A quick Google search led to assumptions of Pink Chiffon or Warm Vanilla Sugar.
I’ve had both. I didn’t like either. But I LOVE Bodycology’s XOXO.
XOXO has notes of raspberry, lemon sorbet, and musk. It is fruity and flirty, but it is subdued by the gentle musk, so it smells luxurious and feminine…not cloyingly sweet like BBW has issues with, in my opinion. If it’s comparable to Pink Chiffon at all, I’d say it’s because XOXO is Pink Chiffon’s big sister who’s got her stuff together and doesn’t give anybody fragrance-note-overdose headaches.
The packaging isn’t anything special, though the imaging on it is cute…though geared towards teens, I would say.
This product foams beautifully. It’s rich and gentle and I feel clean and yummy after using it. I can smell it in my bathroom and on my skin for a while…though, granted, it doesn’t last very long once everything’s all dry. I just may have to grab the rest of the line for layering purposes.
At <$5, this is an incredible buy. I fell in love at first sniff and will repurchase!

I’m reviewing the Bodycology Scarlet Kiss. This is a drugstore dupe of BBW’s Forever Red. On the back of the SK shower gel it says the main notes are sparkling pomegranate, luscious peach, warm vanilla just to start. I saw this at my Walmart and sprayed some on from a tester & my hubby thought it was the same thing. I loved the shower gel because it lathers way better & if u use it as bubble bath…just a little goes a LOOONG way for bubbles that last. Plus I kinda like this a little better its not quite as cloying as the original..sometimes the headiness gave me headaches. At 3.97 you can’t beat that! I’m going back to get the body cream & body spray. I’m not a fan of the BBW forever red spray bottle design..mine leaks everywhere & leaves red stains. So for all my fellow budget babes…I recommend the Scarlet Kiss..another home run from Bodycogy!

I’m doing a rating for the cucumber melon body wash… and it is by far my HG Body wash (if there is such a thing?). The smell is so amazing and fresh and true to scent (doesn’t smell ‘fake’ to me) and strong but not overwhelming. It is a true pleasure to have a shower and it feels like you’re pampering yourself. The smell lingers after the shower and my boyfriend LOVES it, but it doesn’t linger in your clothes for too long or bed for that matter if you’re having a shower in the evening. Seriously yummy, I’ve got to stock up!

Selected products: Fragrance Mist in Pure White Gardenia, Juiced Berry
Comments: I loooove these. They smell absolutely amazing and last well. Juiced Berry is a recent addition and smells like candy. I can’t get over how great these smell. You can’t go wrong with the price, either. Definitely repurchase!

I agree! I love the Bodycology line also, especially Vanilla Cupcake! But Sweet Petals is nice also, a pretty fruity floral. Nice quality, not too strong smelling but not so weak that you wonder what the point was. Creams and shower gels are both great, I have the body spray too. Yum!

definitely in my top 5 favorite perfumes of all time I will repurchase this forever, the smell just lifts my mood and makes me feel nice and it does last all day they also sell it in small travel sizes in Burlington and tjmaxx that is perfect to take on the go

I never would have paid any attention to this celebu-scent, especially since my one encounter with Can Can left me with the depressing sense of having spilled a peach Slurpee at a downmarket strip mall. But a coworker wafted past me smelling so irresistible that I had to find out what she was wearing! (Ironically, due to the fragrance’s “lipsticky” floral accord, I thought it might have been YSL Paris or one of its flankers.) When she told me “Paris Hilton,” with kind of a silly grin since she was clearly not in her early 20s, I reassured her that she was rocking it. Then I shamelessly snapped up my own bottle.
While this isn’t something that’s going to singlehandedly cure me of my preference for classic/vintage perfumes, I do reach for it a lot when heading to work (I work in an emergency room, where fragrances are officially banned but lighter scents, tastefully applied, fly under the radar). It’s effervescent, bubbly and lightly fruity up top, but without veering into either candyfloss syrup or sharp soap. I would even venture to say a bit of aldehyde was thrown in there for that champagne-y effect. The flowery midnotes are more apparent than in many fruity-florals; I’m getting touches of rose and violet, in addition to the mimosa and freesia listed. The base is woodsy and powdery, and immaculately clean. This is a fragrance of pink and violet iridescence, girly ebullience, fun in the springtime sun. I give it major high-fives for avoiding excessive sweetness and for having something approaching development on the skin over time. It’s just plain lovely and easy to wear, even for older women.
awedEland4
I wore this perfume freshman year of high school and I’ve loved it ever since. It may not be the most sophisticated scent but it’s so light, fruity and fresh – I personally love wearing it when springtime rolls around and it just makes the air around you smell sweet and effervescent. I detect apple, and maybe a bit of raspberry? Definitely a mix of fruit, florals, some aquatic notes and musk. This is very sillage heavy, so only one or two light sprays is plenty for me! I always see this on sale in Marshall’s/Ross, so I will never be without a bottle!

BOGO50% at Kmart on the 8oz body spritzettes body mists (& I think some other perfumes) because of Xmas so I got 2 bottles of Paris Hilton (in the black/pink bottles) & XOXO/XOXO LUV, & I am really loving these! I imagine they will last forever, but the price tag says “compare at $15/our price $7.99” so the 2nd bottles ended up being only $4! Kinda on par w bath & body works or VS, I really love all 3 of these scents, I admit they are all 3 really similar fruity scents but the Paris Hilton is slightly heavier. I wish they would have had can can or heiress but at least w having 2 bottles I have a back up & I can keep one bottle in the living room by where I sit & the other where I get ready 🙂 also makes the whole room smell gr8! Fruity w a hint of musk to give it a little more heaviness. This is your average good celeb scent (but I also like Kim K Glam, Britney Spears curious/fantasy, Taylor swift, Shakira Elixir & sort of Justin bieber), but this smells really good! I nicknamed it Booty Berry after a Sarah Dessen book thing, but really this is a good perfume! I like it a lot & I have a refillable bottle so I am keeping it in my purse filled for when I go in somewhere & I need to spritz it……x

I really like this fragrance and didn’t think I would. I found it on clearance and thought, what the heck. It’s fruity and floral and not my typical preference, but I like it. Top notes are melon, peaches, and apples. Middle of this is mimosa, tuberose, lily, freesia, lily-of-the-valley, and jasmine. The base notes are sandalwood, musk, oak moss, and ylang-ylang.
My chemistry brings out the flowers in the middle with a tinge of the fruits, but only briefly. The base of sandalwood is present but nothing strong. I find this a nice generic fragrance for anyone.

I love love love love love this perfume. I got the entire kit including the bottle, travel size bottle, body wash, and sparkling lotion for $30. It is originally like $100 but I got lucky! This stuff smells amazing and will always be my favorite. The kit is the only time I bought this perfume and I’ve had it for the past 5 years and will probably last another 2 years. Buy it!

Surprisingly good quality conditioner! And the fragrance is wonderful…but the bottle is a hard square column. Not functional. I don’t know if they cared about selling a good product or making a nice visual for the entire collection. It is a shame, because I would be a repeat buyer if the bottle was more suitable.

This conditioner made my hair feel like liquid silk and smell like heaven but due to the stupid packaging (a hard plastic bottle that’s difficult to squeeze) and the outrageous price, I’ll continue to search for a better product that delivers the same results.

I never write reviews, but I’m very impressed and wanted to let you all know how great these products are. I started these products 4 months ago. My undereye area was getting very crinkly and had a lot of fine lines. Now they are starting to look like the Environ before and after pictures. I’m using the Youth Essentia line. I’ve recently gone up to level 4. And I’m using the ACE oil and Derma Lac on my body. I don’t think I’ve ever seem such a difference from any beauty product. I don’t think it’s done much for my forehead wrinkles. I have sagging eyelids and not sure it’s helping much there, but the area doesn’t look as crepey as it did before i started. My skin has a glow that I don’t recall ever having before. I wish I had started using these years ago.

I just got several products from this line a few weeks ago. I am quite amazed at how great these ALL work, especially the body prods for my crepey upper arm skin! WOW – HG! If you’ve read my reviews I have tried a TON of products for this, all good, but none as effective as this combo. BODY: Derma-Lac Body Lotion with lactic acid and Enhanced A, C + E body oil with AHA. I use these together twice a day. My arms look so much better already, I can’t believe it. I have been searching for the right product for this issue for over a year. I FINALLY found it. HG!!!!! I am on my third set of these, each lasts about 3 and 1/2 months.
Face, I am trying their AVST 3 Cream for rejuventation and maintenance. They have it in levels 1-5 so you can gradually increase the actives. I am using this along with Evenescence C-Boost to improve tone and sun damage.
UPDATE: I have now moved up to Avst 4 (with the C-Boost.) Second UPDATE: I have now moved up another step. To Youth
EssentiA4+ Defence Creme and C-Quence. (along with the
C-Boost). I am getting MANY compliments on my skin! My dark spots are gradually fading. and my skin is firm, soft and smooth.
Pretty pricey, but I will keep using this line as long as it keeps working like it does! I’ve done several “comparisons” with my many other products. This entire brand is “top of the line” for me. I am gradually finishing off many of my older prods, this IS the HG for me.

I began using Environ Skincare after I tried a new medical spa about 3 years ago. I have combination skin so in winter I get super dry patches, I have blackheads on my nose, and I will breakout on my forehead and chin typically areas I am excessively oily. I had used a plethora of products from Proactiv in my teens, which completely dried me out, to about every product Sephora offered. I began by using the Sebuwash, Sebutone, and AVST 1 moisturiser. The first month I hated it. I broke out was super oily and stopped using it. However I spoke with my facialist at the spa and she informed me that this is totally normal and to give it two months of continuous use. Well 3 years later my skin is really good, except for those nights when I am too lazy to wash my makeup off before bed haha. As my breakouts have subdues I have switched toners to the AVST line as well and I just began AVST level 4 moisturizer. Love this line even with the steep price tag. I also use the hydrating mask during winter and it works well.

I bought the Environ 1 moisturiser and serum and am GUTTED by it. After hearing how amazing it is and being told “it’s half way between what a doctor would prescribe you and what you can get off-the-shelf” I was super excited about how amazing my skin was going to be. But very, VERY sadly it’s not for me. I’ve got fairly oily skin, nothing out of control but do need to touch up make up through the day. I don’t suffer from spots, maybe the odd one or too usually hormone related. Well, let me tell you, after using Environ my face was basically swimming in oil. It literally poured out. Obviously with extra sebrum you know what follows…. MAJOR spot outbreak. My forehead, my cheeks, my chin. Like full on boils. I stopped using it and my skin got better, when I went back to the spa where I bought it to have my lashes done, my therapist asked how I was getting on I obviously told her it made me break out and I had to stop using it. She convinced me it was just my skin “getting rid of all the crap” and to persevere. So I did, and I wish I hadn’t because although my skin was clearly screaming “OMG STOP I’M DROWNING!” I was like nah, let’s smother some more on, for another 3 weeks. Until even my husband was like “um…you look a bit gross” and that was the alarm for me to stop. Its been about 3 weeks since I stopped and my skin is still punishing me for it. It’s not pouring with oil anymore, and I’ve only had a couple more new spots, but the old ones are still hanging around for dear life and just my COMPLEXION is not the same, really dull 🙁
I think perhaps if you have dry skin then this would work amazing for you, but anyone even in the ever so slightly oily zone is just going to make it worse. Way too rich. Also I would say at the end of the day you know your skin, don’t listen to the therapist telling you to persevere. Nothing good gives you spots.

Overall very happy with all of my environ products. I have teenage skin that is hard to keep happy, hence my need for a strong acne-fighting product. I get my 3 environ products at my local spa. My daily routine is AVST 1 pre cleansing oil, cetaphil face wash (very gentle, cleans well, not a contributor to blemishes), B-Active sebutone toner (only used every other day or so, as it dries my skin out), Repechge Beta Hydroxy Serum (used at night only) and lastly, AVST 1 Gel moisturizer.
I am going on month 2 of my strict skin routine and although my skin is not perfect by any means, it is visibly…prettier, and more “glow-y”. Have a very long way to go, I am my toughest critic so I have high hopes for the rest of my skin clearing journey 🙂

The best skincare range I have used to date. It controls my breakouts and leaves my skin clean and refreshed. I recently swayed to using clarins moisturiser and it made my skin break out in small bumps ! I went back to Environ and the bumps were gone within two days. I use the original range: gentle cream cleanser, debut moisturiser (I had to start again as I went off it for a few months) and the pre cleanser. I also use the intensive colostrum gel for any flare ups. Which happen only during my period since being back on environ products.

Environ AVST 1 Moisturiser
Environ Intensive Colostrum Gel
Environ Intensive Hydrating Capsules
Skin type
30 year old pale red-head skin. Issues include oversized pores, moderately regular spots (Those large bumps under the skin that always seem to turn into a sore) oily, problem skin. Pallid and lacklustre. Scars from previous spots.
***update 05.05.13 – please note: I am editing this review about 3 months after first starting this regime as my skin is now breaking out worse than it ever has done before. I cannot 100% say whether or not this is down to these products, as summer as beginning and change of season is always an iffy time for me. However, these products at the very least have not ‘prevented’ me from breaking out. and at this cost, they should. I continue to vouch for my skin looking brighter. but the spots are definitely an issue***
I have used the Sebuwash, Moisturiser and Hydrating Capsules for just over a week now and I can honestly say they have made an overall improvement to the myriad of skin conditions I had. I definitely have less spots flaring up. My skin appears brighter and more healthy too (I am cursed with the pallid skintone of the undead) I cant say that these products have yet minimised my large pores, however I bought the Colostrum Gel a day ago, have applied it twice, and already I can see a difference to my old scars and existing blemishes. There is a crispy film over my newest blemish, indicative of healing, and there is less redness to it. Similarly my new old scars appear less red. Overnight! This is a ludicrously pricey product, but it does seem to work.
Typically Colostrum Gel is aimed at mature skin types. I cant vouch for what it would do for them. In my opinion it feels a little bit dry in consistency to be hydrating aging flesh, but then again I wasn’t expecting it to heal scars in 12 hours, so Im just going to take a backseat to whatever science or sorcery is going on with this product and concede that despite its dry, weird, sticky consistency, it works. For my needs of healing scars at least.
The AVST 1 Moisturiser I feel HAS bought some life back into my pallid skin. It doesn’t feel as moisturisng as some creams, but when you have oily skin this is not an issue for you. On the flip side, I do note my skin is oilier than usual during the day (I use oil blotting papers for this. Its no real issue) so perhaps this moisturiser comes into effect some time after putting it on. Dry skin types need not be put off by my review.
The B-Active Sebuwash doesn’t lather much, which doesn’t give me that ‘placebo’ towards effective cleaning, but it does seem to do the job. Is it worth the price? If it works and you can afford it, then yes. But Im reticent to say there aren’t products on the market that could do the job just as well. IMO cleansers are much of a muchness. Scrub on, wash off, done. The difference between a £2 and a £20 is negligible. It does have the advantage of being a spot-focused cleanser that doesn’t exfoliate through. Daily exfoliation is super bad for the skin. Proactiv was making me look terribly washed out.
The Hydrating Capsules were a free sample from my skincare consultation and I didn’t expect super-hydrating capsules to play nicely with my oily complexion. However, Ive been using them at bedtime for the last week now and I wake up with wonderfully soft skin. No consequent breakouts. When I try to revert back to my old night moisturiser (Olay Definity) It by comparison feels hydrating and redundant. THIS is a definite example of ‘You get what you pay for’. (admittedly my capsules in this case were free, but you know what I mean…)
Consequently, the price is the only reason I am marking this product down. But its so ridiculous that I am marking it down ‘A Lot’! £54.99 for a jar of 30 one-use capsules?? I believe in the validity of ‘Reassuringly expensive’ but since these products only claim to work as a range, they could really help the blue-collar worker (we deserve to feel pretty too) out a bit by being a bit more reasonable with the cost.

I have tried CV’s Butter Bar Conditioning Shampoo Bar, Neem & Tea Tree Bar, and Whipped Shea Butter in Vanilla Bean, and Ayurvedic Herb Shampoo bar thus far.
In regards to my hair, I naturally curly, fine textured, low density hair that is naturally very dry. I also suffer with severe scalp eczema. When it comes to my skin, I have very dry, sensitive, acne prone skin. I also suffer with seborrheic dermatitis on my face.
I do see a dermatologist for my skin issues, however, and have been prescribed a plethora of stuff for my skin issues that have failed to provide long-lasting relief, plus, they happen to come with side effects that I just don’t feel to keen constantly subjecting my body to either. All these harsh chemicals just can’t be good for the body long-term anyways. So, I decided that I would start using all natural and organic products on my hair and that I would eventually progress to using all natural and organic products all over my entire body.
In regards to the Butter Bar Conditioner Bar, it has a scent of rosemary to it. I don’t smell anything else to it but the organic Rosemary that is in it. Even though it is classified as being unseated, it has a very noticeable scent. It lathers well. It provides a silky, creamy type lather, not a stripping one. It is very moisturizing and did leave my hair the most moisturizer out of any shampoo bar that I have ever tried. My hair was easy to detangle and was left very manageable, and very shiny as well. Plus, my hair color looked darker in tone as well.
I did notice scalp redness (nothing severe), and my scalp only had very mild flaking after using it, and it did help with soothing my scalp for around 24 hrs or do, before, my scalp started to itch again. This shampoo bar isn’t exactly recommended for treating scalp disorders, so I can’t complain all that much about it not doing that much towards helping my scalp eczema a whole lot, when I use it. I do plan to use it, but not on a weekly basis, as it will be a bar that I rotate into my hair are regimen every so often. With this bar, I definitely can’t get away with only using it once a week to wash my hair with (which is what I prefer to do when it comes to washing my hair). So, I ended up purchasing the Neem & Tea Tree bar to use to shampoo my hair with, after it was recommend to me by a member of CV’s staff. This bar can be used on all hair types, but is especially recommended the most for people with dry skin, eczema, and/or psoriasis. It has a noticeably strong bengay+menthol scent, that thank God doesn’t really linger in the hair for long after you rinse it out. The scent I find to be bearable, it didn’t make me gag, or get a bad headache, or make my have a sneezing fit. However, if you are going to order this bar or any of Chagrin Valley’s bars, please know that they have very noticeable scents to them, and you will smell such immediately upon opening your package.
In regards to the Neem & Tea Tree bar, I shampooed my hair with it well, it lathered up very well, it offered a cooling, yet tingling sensation to my scalp, which I really liked, and it just made my scalp feel oh so good. After I rinsed my hair, my hair was left somewhat dry, however, I use a moisturizing styling cream to style my hair with, so that replenished the moisture back into my hair. I did see some scalp redness (nothing severe), and I didn’t notice any flaking afterwards, which was good. My scalp was feeling wonderful in the Sunday, that I first tried it, but, by Tuesday, the itchiness had come back in full effect, and yes, I have been scratching my scalp, so my scalp is feeling tender in areas. This is not a shampoo bar that I can get away with only using once a week either. However, I do plan to keep this bar on heavy rotation in my hair care regimen, because in order to get the full effects from it, it appears to be something that you have to stay committed towards using regularly in order to get the best results.
I do not use an ACV rinse after using any shampoo bar. That stuff is a huge no-no for my scalp. I don’t use any baking soda to clarify with, as my scalp is to sensitive for all that extra stuff. And, I don’t use conditioner after I use shampoo bars anymore, as they rinse completely out of my hair, and anyone that I have tried that have been more drying to my hair than others, my moisturizing styling cream, puts my hair’s moisture balance back on track.
When it comes to the CV Whipped Shea Butter in Vanilla Bean. All I can say is that I absolutely love this stuff. I have tried other Shea butter products and have been totally disappointed with most of them, but not this one. First of all it is certified organic, it has a super delightful vanilla bean smell to it, that I absolutely adore to the high heavens. The snell of vanilla bean is so calming and relaxing to me. Also, with this product a little bit truly goes a long way. I use it on my face, and I also use it on the ends of my hair to keep them well moisturized, and to help keep those split ends at bay. It is a great multi-purpose product, that is so much better for my skin than those chemical laden products in the drugstores and in the department stores that truly just feel like they don’t fully absorb into my skin, but instead leave a coating, that in many cases, ends up causing my skin to definitely break out. With this whipped Shea, it has not caused breakouts for me, which I am super thankful for.
With the Ayurvedic Herb Shampoo bar, it smells the same as the other shampoo bars I own except fir the Neem & Tea Tree. That one has the strongest I have come across. The Ayurvedic Herb bar lathers well, and it definitely gives off a sensation to my scalp. It rinses clean. It leaves my hair feeling drier than the Neem & Tea Tree bar, however, after I apply my moisturizing styling cream, my hair is left feeling soft, and looking shiny, and totally frizz free. Plus, my hair color looks richer in tone as well. I lo

I love all the shampoo bars, the herb garden really help my hair growth and it makes my hair grow so much faster. It is a bit drying after using it for a long time but its ok. Just add some oils at the end of your hair, i just bought butter bar conditioner to see if it helps my hair. My hair has always been dry. I can go straight 3 days in a hot humid asia weather without having greasy hair.

I love the shampoo bars from this company!
I have waist length, thick, somewhat wavy hair that is dry (without the help of this and leKair cholesterol plus conditioner!). I wash about twice a week, and for those times that I do wash my hair, I use the cafe Marino shampoo bar. The result is soft, healthy, voluminous hair!
but please DO NOT use this every day, it is too drying for that. If you need to wash your hair more often, the butter bar conditioner shampoo bar is a great option.
As for the body and face soaps. I have very dry skin, and these bar soaps did not help for my skin. I have tried the butter bar body soap, cucumber lime complexion soap, oatmeal and honey soap, neem and tea tree soap, and the calendula soap.. all were too drying for my skin. But I can imagine the cucumber lime yogurt completion soap being amazing for oily skin!
culturedEagle5
Would I repurchase? Maybe.
Over the years I have used quite a few of their products, from their soaps, to their shampoo bars, to their body butters.
Hair: Despite a lot of effort and time, I was never a person who could get shampoo bars to work for my hair. It’s too bad, because I really like the idea. But the bars, both these and Lush, left coatings and didn’t create a good canvas for my thick conditioners, (which are non negotiable).
Skin: I love the Chagrin Valley soaps. If I had bunches of expendable money I would certainly use them quite often. I love scents, the lather is good, and I found them not to be as drying as my standby castile liquid soap. The small batch manufacturing and down home feel of the company are also plusses. Ultimately they are too expensive for me, and there are much cheaper comparable alternatives that are easily gettable. As a treat, sure. But not as a regular thing.
I have used their whipped body butters also, and although they work quite well and smell amazing, they are very expensive for the minute quantity that you get. Making your own whipped butter is less expensive..
Overall a great company and great products, but too overpriced for what you get. If you can afford it, I would highly recommend these products.
HINTS: buy them in advance and let the bars cure. Keep them dry between uses and they should last a bit longer. For the poo bars, break of small sections, put in a container, add a little hot water. After a short time you’ll have something much easier, (and gentler), to apply to your hair.
lovesickPaella0
These are a love, as are all the shampoo bars I have tried. Honestly, I do not see much difference between one and any another of the different brands, all are so gentle on the hair. I do love the environmental green concept, and not having to deal with plastic bottles. Switching to these from liquid shampoo is a matter of figuring out what works for you and experimentation. They last a very long time, much longer than bottled shampoo, probably because it is hard to use too much of these. They don’t lather that much, which is fine with me. The samples will last eons and are inexpensive , so these are very safe to try if you are not sure. I do not do ACV rinse as I do not see the need/ benefit. Probably not for folks with oily hair. We were indoctrinated to shampoo daily back in the old days but healthy hair is frequently a matter of less shampooing. I was previously using non SLS liquid shampoo but these are even better-and less expensive.
humorousLollies0
Cons: I didn’t have an adjustment period to the shampoo bars, but to me they’re similar to cleansing conditioners in that you HAVE to really lather up and get ALL of your hair sudsy before THOROUGHLY rinsing. When I get lazy I always get this patch in the back of my head that’s flat and sticky because I didn’t really wash it well. I had the exact same problem when I was using cleansing conditioners a few years back, so if you’re looking towards a super quick lather-and-go you’re out of luck.
Pros: The delivery time is quick-to-standard, I’ve never had to wait more than a week. The packaging is economical–just brown paper wrapping for each soap, which I can recycle. Also, when I DID get lazy, as noted above, I washed my hair with regular shampoo and conditioner a few times. The third time, I noticed my scalp was super, SUPER dry, and my hair felt rough. Although I hadn’t seen a noticeable difference in my hair without CV shampoo bars, my scalp and hair were actually in much worse condition once I went off the bars. This is a pro because I saw for myself that the CV bars were healing my scalp and hair!
Now to what I’ve tried! Which I’m sure is what you really want to know 😉
Neem & Tea Tree Soap: MAN does the neem smell strong in this. It doesn’t seem to do much for my skin tbh, but it also doesn’t make me breakout which is a plus. My acne is endocrine-related, though. But I can wash with this at night and wake up with no NEW acne in the morning, so it must be working even a little. It can burn sometimes if I use in the shower (on my face), probably because my skin is oversensitive from the steam. It rinses clean off my chest, back and shoulders, where I use it preventatively.
Carrot & Honey Complexion: This makes my skin SO soft. I use it when I have dry irritated skin from acne medication, or when I just want a simple clean wash because I’m too tired, lol. Really mild and very moisturizing.
Rhassoul Yogurt: This is pretty drying for my skin, but works well as a mask on super oily areas. It burns and stings sometimes though…and I don’t consider my skin sensitive.
Tomato Grapeseed: Okay, look. if you are an artist, YOU NEED THIS SOAP. This stuff removes ANYTHING. Charcoal, oil pigments, you name it, AND it leaves your skin soft. No more scrubbing! No more alcohol! No more Ultramarine Blue under your nails for three days! It goes without saying this removes makeup easily and well. Amazing stuff.
Nettle Shampoo Bar: This was great for my dandruff and SD-prone oily scalp. Now my hair and scalp are drier due to spironolactone, and the nettle bar dries my hair out *cry*
Ayurvedic Shampoo Bar: Amazing for my hair! It actually made my hair stronger and shinier. After I ran out of my sample, my hair fallout increased a bit again and my hair didn’t hold its natural wave quite as well, sadly. It also took a bit of work for me to lather it up.
So there you go. IDK about customer service, but the products aren’t bad. The samples are decently priced, and if you cut them up in sections they’ll last AGES. I bought all mine in March and still have them all except the Ayurvedic, and all were samples save the Nettle.
Oh, and the shampoo bars I’ve tried were only somewhat color-safe. My rinse-water is still blue (thanks to Directions’ Ebony) but my hair color isn’t too badly affected. Still, I prefer to use the shampoo bars on my scalp when my hair is colored, and a cleansing conditioner on the length of my hair.
blissfulPonie6
I have 4c natural hair, and I did not like the stripped and stringy feeling that the Babassu Marshmallow and Neem & Tea Tree shampoo bars gave to my hair. I combed through when the soap was in and after rinsing, and it felt as if my hair was weak and was going to break. I did use the ACV rinse afterward, which recovered a good feeling, but I would rather not feel that I was stripping my hair and then recovering it with the ACV rinse. I would heavily recommend the Terressentials shampoo for 4c natural hair.

I bought this on impulse in a cheap store, so I didnt give much for it. But on the lips it is Heavy and sticky, and have an unpleasant taste/smell. Really not lightweight. The color and shine is very Nice though, if I could only bare to wear it…! I have the shade “Lush” that has ax transparent golden shimmer. Its Nice to mix With lipstick colors that I have, since it doesnt have any color when I apply it on my lips. Not sure though if I am gonna use it up or toss it, since I dont like it much.
guiltyWildfowl1
I have this in the shade Tropical Paradise and I really like it. The color is a goldish peach color with lots of shimmer. It’s a bit sticky sometimes, but I love how shimmery this looks. I got it for $1.99 and I would definitely buy it again.
gleefulPolenta4
Yes yes yes!
This review is for the Shine Seduction Crystal gloss (with shea butter! a tiny banner on the label cheerfully proclaims). I love this cheapy BSS gloss! I absolutely adore the shade ‘Lush’, which shows up clear on me, but with the most perfect unobtrusive shimmer that gives me that flawless, wet-lip look without going totally glass-like. It gives me smooth, perfect looking, almost luminous lips.
I also love the texture – none of that cheap, feels-like-I-just-swiped-on-olive-oil texture you often get with cheap glosses. This one has a ‘set’ to it without any stickiness, and the staying power is pretty darn good.
Also, it was like $2 at a local BSS. C’mon – what’s not to love?
giddySmelt5
Purchased several of these little palettes for my kit. Love the packaging and color in the pans. Go on nice too. But color fades shortly after apply. Too slippery. May work better in winter months. Only $4 each. Will give to my niece to play dress-up with.
needyBurritos6
This is very expensive. I used it as a body oil , as it broke me out on the face . There are cheaper alternatives that are just as good and way cheaper eg palmers / re-gen. My body does not agree with baby oil , but surprisingly this works although the ingredient is similar . I had itchy skin (cause unknown ) and this amazingly calmed it down overnight and I tried a lot of other products prior . This is easy to spread, smells nice and light for daily use. Overtime I find it dries out the skin and did not help eczema.
goofyStork1
I had to buy this when saw the before and after pictures.
It smells a bit to much at first, but it goes away. I use it mainly for treating dry skin and acne scars. I’ve been using it once or twice a day for almost two months now. It says on the thatbit takes 3 months for the results to show.
For me it works amazing on dry and sensitive skin and I mix it in with my bosybutter this winter.
I use it under makeup and gives my base a better glow.
I see that skin is starting clear up.
grudgingSyrup5
Terrible oil with artificial fragrance, artificial colour, the oil stayed on my skin without absorbing! doesnt feel like its a pure high quality oil at all!
giddyHyena5
I bought the original deodorant, not antiperspirant. For smell, it works great for the entire day. As it’s only a deodorant, it does nothing for sweat, but that’s what I prefer. I know someone who also uses this, and they say one stick, used daily, lasts for two years. Pretty good for $3 in Canada!
fondFish3
Purchased this last week after seeing that some female athletes have been giving OS deodorants high praise. I live in the South West and unfortunately temps are still in the 90’s and working at an elementary school I am inside and outside and going after children all day and my deodorant just wasn’t cutting it. It would be 3pm and I’d feel wet and smelly and not fresh. (I practically needed a shower after getting home in order to go to the gym)
So I tried Old Spice Wolfthorn. It’s slightly citrusy, not overpowering or extremely masculine, though I do like masculine scents as well, and keeps me dry until the end of the day. And best part is that I was able to purchase it at CVS for under $6
thrilledLeopard9
I have been a fan of OS for a while. My favorite is Wolfthorn – it has a very pleasant lemony sweet scent. I also like Bearglove. Both are not overly masculine at all, they are absolutely unisex. OS works really well at controlling wetness and odor. I usually shower every day, but on those lazy days when I skip the shower, I find that the deodorant still works without reapplying. With most women’s deodorants/antiperspirants I would start smelling funky after about 8 hours, which is not the best thing for a nurse working 12 hour shifts.
thrilledTruffle4
Savile Row: gorgeous very dark plum. A bit rouge noir like with one coat, more purplish with two. I wear colours like this over a gel polish, so that I don’t get tipwear and discolouration of my actual nail. One coat was opaque. These polishes are a good quality, I already have this one for a few years now and it’s still as good as when I just got it.
sugaryLapwing7
I love all that is nails so when I stumbled across Nail Inc Gel Polish I couldn’t resist. The colour range is limited but with it being summer I went with Kensington Palace. The colour was gorgeous! The vanish goes on easily and streaks didn’t feature. I applied 3 coats and the finish was flawless and better than the gel manicures I had been having. Quality final result with none of the hard work that comes with a full gel manicure. If you’re thinking of purchasing my advise would be “Go for it!”.
morbidLard0
This was my first time using Nails Inc. I saw Bling It On Emerald on ASOS and thought I’d give it a try. The nail polish itself is ok. It’s a bright green and it dried quicker than my usual polishes do. The glitter was a bit of a pain though. The application was messy even with the tools provided. In the end I decided to only use the glitter for an accent nail but I might consider doing all my nails like this for a party or a special occasion.

This is the worst product or system I have ever tried in my whole entire life. I have acne prone skin, I’ve tried expensive treatments and different systems, including the one from Clinique but NOTHING IS WORSE THAN THIS!!! I ordered this from amazon and expected a life changing experience (I’m exaggerating haha) but after one use, on the second day I got breakouts and irritated, itchy skin. I have never had an allergic reaction like this. The new breakouts are painful and they have no heads. I let my skin rest for a month and tried it for the second time. I got the same reaction and my skin was red and inflamed. I mean, you get what you pay for, this is so cheap but it’s not worth it. Terrible product!
giddyLeopard0
I used this for about a year and I used the severe line. They have systems for mild, moderate and severe acne. I bought severe because my acne was pretty bad. First of all, these products are harsh. I’ve even tried the mild line, and it was still irritating my face. I would say if you have severe acne, go for it, especially if you don’t have sensitive skin. But this does dry out your skin and I wouldn’t use it unless nothing else is working. The Benzoyl peroxide content in these products are high, so I would recommend using a separate non comedogenic moisturizer that works for your skin. if you have dry skin, please don’t use this. And if you have oily skin, I would still try to avoid this unless you really needed it. This made my skin flakey and I would have to go to school looking like a tomato (not fun).
forsakenGarlic0
Oh man, I bought this stuff a few years ago when I had a few pimples pop up. I had tried Proactiv a long time ago and like the results, but not enough to keep purchasing. Anyways, this is supposedly very similar to the Proactiv products. This stuff broke me out more than I ever have been before. I’m talking “I can’t leave the house today”-level acne. Once I stopped using it, my face immediately began clearing up. Be careful with this, it turned my skin into a nightmare.

Ok. I just have to say bkdycology is amazing. They all smell amazing, feel amazing, and are priced perfect!I haven’t been disappointed. Yet.

This review is for the new Bodycology Enchanted Forest fragrance mist, this stuff is throughly awesome!!! I have and love BBW Twilight Woods body spray but something in it always rubbed me the wrong way….not enough to dislike it but it was there nagging at me when I wore the scent. Twilight Woods never lasted very long, I usually get about 3 hours out of it then the scent is totally gone. Enchanted Forest smells almost exactly like TW but better! The nagging little off note is gone from Enchanted Forest and it just smells so much better than TW on me. EF also lasts about twice as long as TW, I did a wrist to wrist comparison this morning, the TW wrist is totally unscented at this point and I’m only 3 hours in on the test….EF is still going strong! I just picked up a small travel sized bottle of EF but you can bet I’ll be buying a bigger bottle when I hit Walmart again later this week, I also want to try out the lotion and shower products in this scent. All in all I give Bodycology Enchanted Forest a 10/10 a total winner with me! :o)

I purchased this smell in Midnight Garden or something of the like. What I got was a tried for knockoff of BBW Moonlight Path, and an epic fail in my book.
The fail isnt for missing the mark on trying to replicate a huge best seller of BBW, the fail is for the cheap crappy packaging combined with lackluster performance as a bath gel. The product has a viscosity of that between a gel and a liquid and although it does indeed foam- it leaves huge nasty tub rings and soap scum beasties galore. The top of the bottle broke almost as soon as I used it, and I can confidently rate this as crappy!
Dont use this as a bath foam, no matter what the bottle says. You can use it in the shower with pouf to scrub with, but if you have glass shower doors I advise against it.
