For a drugstore facial moisturizer with SPF, it’s not a bad product. I’m 60 so I don’t have to worry so much about breakouts. The lotion is light textured but does leave a bit of a tacky feel on the skin (I’m dry/combo), so I could see oilier skins having issues with it. I wear it under makeup or TM/BB cream, after cleansing and serums. After I use up this container, I’ll be getting a stronger mineral based sunscreen, like Elta’s, with a 50 SPF to ward off sun damage. I recently moved 400 miles south of my NYC area home and the sun feels stronger down here so I need more protection against sun damage.

I am always surprised when people recommend this. I hate it. It pills/balls up and leaves a slight white cast and white streaks. Settles into creases. Has a shiny, greasy looking finish. Burns if it gets in my eyes. I will use it up, probably on my arms and hands, but I won’t buy it again.

This is my go to when I’m in town acting civilized and adulting.
On hikes or backpack trips, it’s a bit too lightweight but as an everyday product, it’s perfect.
Sinks in fast, leaves my skin soft and smooth, the SPF is effective.
I see no reason to spend $$$ on more expensive department store stuff when this works as well as it does.

The product I used has the same description as above but came in a tube, so perhaps what I had is a little thicker? Anyway, I found the texture greasy and left me with a greyish white cast which looked very unnatural, and even with some light foundation over it. Check how it looks outdoors. I think there’s too much zinc oxide in this product.

I was looking for a daily moisturizer with spf that wasn’t high end. It is surprisingly hard to find these.
Someone recommended I try this one because it is gentler than most cheap face sunscreens or moisturizers with sunscreen. They were right.
While it isn’t the most moisturizing product I’ve used (I have combo skin or dry skin), it is almost as good as some high end moisturizers with spf I’ve tried. The sunscreen smell is inevitable – it’s sunscreen – but this absorbs pretty well and hasn’t made me breakout!
So about $10 a tube, I would buy again.

I am on a trip and forgot my usual daily facial moisturizer with SPF 15 — a must for me. The local pharmacy had a travel size tube of Eucerin Daily Protection Moisturizing Face Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen, which seemed like the perfect size.
Application is good; the product has no significant smell, spreads well, dries nicely and doesn’t leave a tacky sunscreen feel. It’s an effective sunscreen — I went on walks in mid-day and my fair skin didn’t tan or burn.
However, it’s not moisturizing in the least. I have relatively oily skin, but this seemed to make my face feel drier and tighter than my skin feels without any moisturizer. In fact, it made my skin almost painfully dry and tight.
I would not recommend this product to anyone but the MOST oily-skinned person.

I like the regular Eucerin face lotion but this one is awful. It’s a white, greasy mask that reeks of cheap sunscreen chemicals and it stings. It says it is fragrance free but it has a strong smell. If you need an spf sunscreen, there has to be a better one than this. There’s no way I’m putting this on my face again. This should be in the sunscreen category here. It’s not a moisturizer.

great product, i could leave it on my face all day and reapply over it without breaking out or getting oily. it really is non comedogenic which is good for me because some sunscreens break me out. You should shake the bottle before applying though otherwise you will be left with white particles that wont blend that nicely. I use 3 pumps for my face and neck (yes its a lot) and i dont get white it actually blends nicely and i could wear makeup over it if id like. The only problem i have with it is if i sweat around my eyebrows they will have white droplets on them from the sunscreen and i have to constantly wipe them, or around my nose. otherwise its great for someone that is fine with spf 30 but i prefer spf 50 personally

I wanted a face moisturizer that contained at least 30 spf. I found this at Ulta and decided to give it a try. I noticed that it dries/absorbs fairly quick. As soon as you put a dollop on your hands you have to be ready to blend asap, otherwise you’ll end up with those white streaks. I usually wait 15 mins before applying any make up. I wouldn’t say its a spectacular product, but it seems to get the job done. As long as my skin is protected, then I am getting my money’s worth.

This is my main sunscreen I use for when I am bare faced. I have had no issues with it breaking me out and it lasts most of the day as I run errands going in and out of the car. I do not use this when I am going to be out in the Sun though as I did notice that I get some white residue when I am sweating profusely which happens in 110 degree heat index hot and muggy Florida. I only use Coppertone Sport 50 then. Anyway this sunscreen is great and it is not that expensive so I give it the seal of approval.
