   I am the exact same colour as the candy tootsie rolls (or NC45/NC50) in Mac cosmetics) and use the shade Expressso. It’s a matte brown buildable pencil that doesn’t look too dark/sharp and gives Mac’s version a run for its money. It’s also cheaper.
   This is my favourite colour/brand as it gives warmth to my face without making my brows stand out like the drawn on super thick, overbearing neanderthal looking eyebrows that are fashionable today (2019/2020).

   I shave my eyebrows and draw them back on in a higher arch (90’s style) with this and it looks totally natural with no chalky or reddish undertones.

   Compared to L’Oréal Brow Stylist Definer in shade Brunette which is also in ‘super slim’ form it’s softer looking. Brunette gives your brows a darker, more defined look and looks less natural. You need a lot less pressure on it to make it look as natural as Absolute Expresso does.

   Neither of the 3 mentioned will stay on if you run your brows so be careful not to touch them too much. That’s the price you pay for having natural looking eyebrows. Use this also to fill in your brows if you already have them and it will be undetectable.
