I love this fragrance. I am sensitive to scents and this one does not bother me at al.. It is a light fragrance that starts off on me as a white tea, sea breeze and a hint of citrus. This tea scent is not long lasting and dries down to a amber and musk blend that is very light but lasts on my skin all day which I like.

This was very much a purchase on a whim! I live in Canada and The Bay has some great offers. I was just moseying past the Liz Arden fragrance stand and the sales associate said they had a free gift with any purchase. I usually just smile, say thank you nicely and continue on my way but I do need some perfume so I stopped to have a sniff of their White Tea perfume. I was immediately hooked. It’s so lovely. Light, summery, sexy. So I asked about it and was told the gift set, which includes eau de toilette AND body lotion, all packaged in a gorgeous box, was $51! I’ll grab that, I thought! So glad I did. I love it. The freebie was fab too, all sorts of creams, serums, retinol capsules, a full size mascara and a lip gloss in a colour I love, all packed in a pretty pink and white striped wash bag! What’s not to love. So far two people have asked what I’m wearing! Anyway, upshot is it smells wonderful, is packaged so nicely AND it’s great value. A gazillion thumbs up from me! ????

Beautiful light scent that is perfect for spring or summer. The white tea note is very noticeable at first spray and as it dries down, it morphs to a nice ambery light scent. I could not wait to get this after smelling it as a sample. The matching lotion is just as nice as well.

Last weekend, I spritzed myself with the tester of this new fragrance and by the time I got home, I couldn’t wait to get back to the store to purchase a bottle. I am totally useless about identifying the components of a fragrance unless it’s something painfully obvious like lily of the valley, rose or lemon. I’ve also no idea at all what white tea (or even white tea blossoms) smell like. The sales lady said there was musk in this….MUSK, I asked myself…but I don’t like musk and this stuff smells too fresh and clean and “wholesome” for musk. I looked this up on EA’s site and on a fragrance site and both say this does have musk – “a trio of tranquility musks”, no less, according to EA’s own hyperbole – along with Tonka bean, Madras wood and white iris. I don’t know what is in it or how to describe the scent but except to say that I really like it and it’s perfect for this time of year, as the weather begins to warm up because it has such a pretty, soft and fresh smell. I also got it for 20% off and it’s a reasonably priced product even at full price. Really pretty bottle too – a tall, rectangular bottle with a solid square lid. It’s solid white and fades to frosty and then clear toward the bottom (so, in addition to looking nice, it allows you to see when you’re getting low).
