I’m just not convinced that this is highly pigmented. Either my previous highlighters have been more “glowy”, or Im doing something wrong.
Great value for money though, and interesting shades (although I tend to just rub my brush over all of them in a giant figure of eight pattern!).

One shopping trip with my sister, we HAD to go by Ulta. She loves that place. I don’t share the same sentiments. I was walking through the store, and this caught my eye.
I know the “strobing” trend is over, but I still wear it. I adore the look. Glistening, glowing skin is so classy and sexy! It’s an easy and youthful look for pale people. In the warmer months, I use faux tanner. I had one very natural looking highlighter, and used Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Volume 3 mostly for my fair look, but needed something different for my deeper look. I figured a new product was in order.
This is great, for the price. I have found myself using it even without tanning. It can be taken down a notch to “subtle” and brought to kilowatts. The color selection is perfect for summer or warmed toned skin, rosy-nude and juicy colors. Some are exactly the color of my skin. I occasionally substitute these for blush and eyeshadow. It’s extremely versatile. It’s not super-finely milled, so it can show texture if applied heavily. It has little fall out, and I strobe, so if it migrates, I’m fine with it.
For $15, it’s a great buy. You get an amazing amount of product. The plastic packaging is basic but sturdy, no showpiece. I wish it had a mirror. I won’t be purchasing again anytime soon. I have so much!
