I’m reviewing Coca & Shea Blended Body Lotion.
I never liked my St. Ives or Vaseline body lotions. Although they work, but I know for a fact I’m using Glycerin & mineral oil! One day at Wal-mart, I found this huge 946ml bottle for about $7. It’s a bit more expensive than what I used to pay, but way more affordable than body butters from The Body Shop. I’m very glad I picked it up and I’ll continue to buy this.
It moisturizes well; I don’t have terrible dry skin, but does get very itchy in the winter. The coca scent is nice (not sweet, doesn’t smell like overly fragranced). And my dog likes it so much he decides to lick my hands after I applied it. It doesn’t absorb as fast as Vaseline lotions. But faster than St. Ives. This lotion is free from glyercin and mineral oil.
I’ve no clue how Fruit of the Earth can make it so cheap w/ all those holy grail ingredients. I hope my Wal Mart will continue to sell them!

This has become my holy grail body lotion. I discovered this lotion about two years ago and never want to be without it. I don’t have terribly dry skin but I do get tight and itchy during the winter months. This lotion offers relief without being too heavy and greasy. I despise greasy, wet, sticky lotions. When first applied it does feel a little greasy but it absorbs quickly and I’m left with soft, silky skin. This lotion has what I would describe as a “peanuty” scent but I actually like it. I don’t find the scent lingers once it’s been absorbed anyway and can layer another scent over top. I purchased the 946ml bottle and only paid about $6.99. This really is a bargain and a great lotion!

My reads ‘Cocoa Butter with Aloe & Vitamin E Skin Care Lotion’, I hope its the same one reviewed here. I bought it as there was a promotion on it, resulting in a very good price, can’t remember how much I paid for it though. I don’t buy body lotions frequently as I don’t really need them, but amongst ones I’ve used, I like this best, more than Vaseline Intensive Rescue Moisture Locking Lotion. Its very light so you can layer as much as you need, however, its important to note its not a cream so it might not be moisturizing enough for some who want intensive moisturizing. I myself prefer a very light lotion as creams then to make me feel sticky after application. I would have re-pruchase, but try as I might, I couldn’t locate it in stores anymore. Ultimately, I tracked it down to a shop, but the price was more costly so I went for Vaseline Intensive Rescue in the end. Would re-purchase.
