I LOVE this powder! I use it over the Aziza Liquid Foundation and my skin looks flawless. I use to use elf, but oneday i just decided to try this from the 99 cent store and i have to say that i will never go back to any other brand. I agree with everyone else, this is NOT a cream it is a POWDER and it gives just the right amount of coverage.

Overall Rating: For a Dollar Store product, this powder is pretty awesome. I know it says its a Cream to Powder Foundation, but its not really a cream foundation. This powder would come in handy if your foundation and primer can’t cover up some pores or a tiny pimple. This should be applied before your translucent powder, or maybe, you won’t even need translucent powder after this one ! The reason its a 4 and not a 5 is because, it doesn’t apply to what it says. It’s not a cream foundation, and may sometimes look a bit cakey if you don’t tap off some excess powder off of your brush before applying the product. This product is also great for oily skin types especially.
Price: Aziza Cosmetics are from the Dollar Store or a nearby 99 Cent Store. This powder is dirt cheap and works great for its price.
Packaging Quality: Its compact isn’t all that great since its a Dollar Store product. The mirror at the bottom is too small to look at anything, really. The lid comes off sometimes if you’ve had the powder for over a month, but of course, it can be put back on quite easily. The sponge that comes with it shouldn’t be used to apply this powder, but instead, using any other powder brush would be fine.
I do recommend buying this product if your in need of an okay powder but don’t have time to pick up a powder at a Sephora or MAC. Hope I helped ! <3

Ummmmm this powder may work for you if you have very pale and have perfect skin. Otherwise if your skin is oily or too dry it will just make it more noticable. The price is very cheap (99 cents) but if you really need coverage I suggest going to the drugstore.
