This mascara was good, not great. At first, it’s very hard to use and I got it all over my face like I was 13 years old again! It goes on so thick but once you get used to it, it works fine. I felt like it dried out pretty quickly and for $20, I expect to be using it for a lot longer than a month. It did make my lashes thick but did nothing for the curl so I always had to curl after it was dried.

I’m on the fence about this mascara. I really wanted to love it. At first, I didn’t think it did anything for my lashes but after I had it a while, it started working really well for giving my lashes volume. It looks better if you curl your lashes beforehand. I think this is a nice mascara, but it’s not amazing. I also think it has a weird smell. I would not repurchase.

This mascara is one of the best additions to my cosmetic repertoire. It doesn’t cause irritation, the volume is monumental and while it does take a little skill to get your lashes to sit just right, it lasts all day without smudging or flaking. I have noticed that on some days it’s a little clumpy but I have found that to be only when I have left it in my car overnight, causing it to get really cold. However after fully thawing out it’s as good as new. I have recommended this mascara to many friends and customers and have received nothing but raving reviews.
I would have to disagree with the reviews relating it to CG mascaras. Every CG mascara I have tried flakes and irritates my eyes, the volume is no where near that of Cargo’s Texas Lash, and it doesn’t last nearly as long. Not to mention this product is a steal at only $20.
