   OMG couldn’t agree with the reviewer below more. This is the WHOLY GRAIL of shave creams! Yes it is a tad pricey but honestly the jar will last you forever litreally since the tinest amount lathers and spreads over so much of your body. I am a fanatic when it come sot shaving (along with all my other beauty addictions lol) and really am a stickler for a close silky smooth shave. I stopepd using the drug store foaming shaving creams forever ago when I realized allt eh chemicals they had and how they really dried out my skin (all teh lathering equals bad sulfates) and left my legs tight after shaving where I ahd to run and put on lotion asap lol. I then realized the only way to ever not have to deal with all those razor bumps and irritation after shaving is not only having the good razor but a really moisturizing shaving cream with tons of soothing all natural ingredients (as in don’t think that the foaming cheap creams are good jsut because they spread, the thicker one are better). I tried a bunch of different organic shave creams and my current HG for years has been teh Alba Moisture Shave Cream. Really amazing and rich to keep teh skin moist and prevent irriation/bumps and coems in tons of scents. I had always heard about The Art of Shaving from Sephora and also they have a great store in the mall I go to. I never realized they had products in women friendly scents as well. I stopped by the store after reading the good reviews on here and really being impressed by the ingredient list (doesn’t get better especially for using on your bikini area and any other sensitive spots that are always prone to irritating redness and bumps). From teh 2nd I smelled it at the store I was sold. It has the most amazing luxurious rich fresh rose silk type smell (reminds me of a fancy spa). Not onl y that the texture is so rich and silky and creamy, like nothing else Ive ever tried. I don’t even need to put lotion on after shaving with this. A pleasure to use and the tinest amount goes so far the jar will last forever. Worth every penny. REcommend everyone go buy this asap!! I’m definitely going to go back and get the matching scented Rose After Body Milk which also has the same amazing ingredients for added protection against irriation and bumps, but this cream alone does the trick. I just can’t get enough of the smell (which btw is not like all teh organic rose product type smells where its a very musky strong natural rose oil, this is much better) 🙂

   If you (or your man) take shaving seriously, this is a must-try item. I got a sample packet of the unscented formula, and a full-size jar of the Rose Absolute shaving cream. The formula is thick & rich and helps you get a nice, close shave. This product can be used with our without a brush (I went brushless). A little goes a long way, which is good, because 150 cc (5 oz) retails for $26. I find that rather expensive. However, the little sample packet was enough for me to shave my enter lower left leg. On my right leg, I used just the cream clinging to the inside lid of the jar. I am expecting this jar to last me a while. The unscented formula is great for anyone with sensitive skin. The Rose Absolute fragrance is perfect for us girls. There are other scents—lemon, and a sandalwood as well. I don’t care for sandalwood but am considering trying the lemon when I use up this jar of rose. I am also considering trying the lemon after-shave balm. These products seemed to be aimed at those who really get into their shaving routine; if you are happy using mass-market shave cream this is probably not a must for you. I happen to like it enough that I am pretty sure that I will re-purchase.
