I’ve used many chapsticks as my lips get very dry in the winter. I bought this after seeing many youtubers recommend it for its longevity, and they were quite correct. With my minty eos (which I adore) I find I have to reapply often during the evening, as it wears off and isn’t super moisturising.
With this Aloe stick it stays on my lips for a long time and really makes my lips feel hydrated and smooth. I am not a fan of the sweet scent which was a surprise when I opened it, but there is no taste so I’m not that bothered.
Over christmas I was away from home and borrowed my sisters vasaline & aloe lip pot and was suprised how awful this stuff felt compared to aloe lips. And it didnt moisturise my lips much at all.
As for the healing benifits: I can attest to this fact as I have a recent scaffold piercing which was itching like mad, and not wanting to put any scented lotions on it I used some of this and was amazed how well it worked. It took the itching away immediately and soothed it as well. I have since also used it on a gnat bite and it took the itch away from that too! Being adventurous I used it on my eyelids and under eyes, after a disastarous eye MU remover trial and it feels lovely, soothing and mousturising on the eyes as well.
All round fantastic product that I highly recommend 🙂

A totally average lip balm, as good as any drug store brand but more expensive. I bought a few from a work colleague who was selling Forever Living stuff but I wouldn’t repurchase. The only other Forever product I’ve tried that I actually quite like is their face scrub; it smells slightly unpleasant (and I’m not particularly sensitive to smell) but it’s quite effective and doesn’t aggravate my sensitive skin.
