e.l.f. brushes are a great value for a low, low price. I paid about $7 at Target for this sculpting brush (synthetic bristles that don;t shed!) and I love it for foundation and liquid highlighter. So nice. So cheap. Love me some e.l.f.

This brush does what it says it does times 10! The bristles really seemed to pick up a lot of pigment…. Like much more than I was even expecting. So it’s very good quality for being so inexpensive. I bought it for contouring my nose and cheekbones and I definitely learned that I like a very very subtle contour. Because this was just way too much for me, In terms of how much product it picks up and how much product did deposits on the skin. No matter how lightly I tried to go it’s still too much for me personally. But it’s a really good and effective brush. Just not right for the look I’m after. If you like that intense obvious drag makeup contour look then this is definitely for you.

This is the best quality brush that E.L.F. sells, imo. It’s so dense and sturdy and picks up a really generous amount of product, without leaving all the product to sit on the top of the brush loosely so there’s not tons of fallout.
It’s so cheap to buy too, like $6, even though there are always sales on their site so you can probably pick it up for even less.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out how well it sculpts cheekbones, and just with regular blush! It’s so great for that purpose, because most of the time I’m not crazy about bronzing, contouring, highlighting, etc. I just want regular blush on my cheeks, and this does the trick.
However, this is a multi-use brush, so I think it would be excellent for contouring due to how it’s curved. Great brush.
