I am using L’Oreal Paris Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick, Les Macrons, Framboise Frenzy. It is a beautiful, bright, vivid pink. It lasts through eating, drinking, and walking outside in a snowstorm for 45 minutes. It is not drying. It is very nearly perfect, except it remains a little sticky. The long wear and color payoff totally outweigh the stickiness issue for me.

I enjoy these liquid lipsticks, they’re matte and very pigmented. I have Plum bum, Stirred and Roseblood, they are so beautiful and deep rich tones. Definitely my fall and winter lippies. They last very long but They remain sticky after drying. I’ll deal with it till I find something better.

PROS:
• No transfer
• Long wearing, no smudging/fading
• Last through eating with no need for reapplication
• Even pigmentation, not patchy
• Not crumbly or flaky
• Not drying
• Don’t dry down to a darker shade than in the tube
• Pleasant scent
• Layers well
CONS:
• Sticky
Overall, 9/10. I have the shade Milk And Cookies. I’m a huge fan of the pointed applicator because it’s easy to achieve a precise application with it.

I bought a couple of these liquid lips on the advice of a popular YouTuber. My mistake. More money for her and less for me. I had box o chocolates, dose of cocoa and candy man. I did not like the colors of these at all. It is darker than what you see in the tube. I am a lighter skin tone and they just drew any color out of my face. I felt like a zombie. That’s why I bought 3 because I kept hoping that I would find a good shade for me. Also, I found them to be super sticky. Very uncomfortable and once dried down my lips felt very uncomfortable. These liquid lips were a fail for me.

I have to agree with the other reviewers who said the applicator is odd.. it’s a bit large unless you have really big lips.. so you can’t really use it to just swipe like you would something a tad smaller .. also if you go for a darker or deep shade you wanna make sure you putting it on with your mouth open so you can get the corners and inner edges so you don’t get that odd white lip clown looking thing going on. when you talk or smile.. that really goes for any dark or bright shade lipstick.. anyhow! I had bought myself cowboy awhile back and the shade did absolutely nothing for me,, I picked up Matador last night because I do like a nice red lip in the cooler weather and it’s a great shade that I think would work for a variety of skin tones.. it goes on smoothly aside from the big applicator thing,, doesn’t pill which is HUGE for me I can’t stand the feeling of balled up lipstick on my lips.. , doesn’t fade ,, even after lunch really only the very center was slightly rubbed off.. I did get some on my hands when I had my hand resting on my face but that was my own dumbness.. I would buy more of this line if they had some colors that worked better for my coloring,, I don’t like being washed out but I don’t like looking like a circus freak either..lol I do slap some gloss over it simply because i’m addicted to feeling slick lips when I rub them together but it isn’t drying on it’s own..

I’d really like to give this lipstick 4.5 stars. It isn’t perfect, but it’s about as good as it gets when it comes to long wear liquid lipsticks. I also have similar lipsticks from Revlon, Smashbox and Too Faced, but I like the Infallible line the best.
I wanted to wear red lipstick today and I grabbed a red metallic from Too Faced that’s supposed to last all day. Well, it was coming off everywhere. I must be bad with lipsticks but I had it all over my fingers; it kept bleeding outside my lips and I would try to wipe it off. In desperation I went to the drugstore and grabbed a Colorstay lip liner in red and lined around it. That didn’t help much. On top of that over time it was making my lips look dried out, cracked and chapped.
So, in the evening before going out to watch a movie I redid my whole face and this time I grabbed Infallible Pro Matte in Matador. I gave it five minutes to dry and applied an old Victoria Secret’s Beauty Rush glittery gloss in a darker pink over it and it looked stunning. My husband even commented on how much better he liked the new red lipstick I was wearing better than the other one I had been wearing. Yes, he noticed. On top of that, all evening til midnight I didn’t get red lipstick all over myself. It barely came off when I drank and didn’t bleed all over the edges of my mouth. Thank you, L’Oréal.

I’d buy this again if I hit a really good sale or saw a shade I really needed to have. I purchased the Infallible Pro Matte Liquid Lipstick in the shade Dose of Cocoa. This was one of the shades featured in the chocolate scented line although the Pro Matte line does have other shades that aren’t scented.
The cocoa shade itself leans somewhat towards being more of a nude skin tone, but it is nice and doesn’t lean too warm for those who have neutral to cool skin tones but want a nude lip. The chocolate/cocoa scent is not super strong, pleasant enough and it does fade quickly once applied. For a liquid matte lipstick, the L’Oreal Infallible is not as drying as other drugstore liquid lipsticks (like NYX), but it doesn’t seem to have the same staying power as a drugstore NYX. Staying power on the L’Oreal is decent, but it’s not going to get you through the whole day and it breaks down more after eating or drinking (particularly hot beverages like coffee). The applicator is a little reminiscent of my HG liquid lipsticks from Smashbox but feels slightly flimsier compared to the Smashbox wand – but L’Oreal Infallible is just $10 while Smashbox is $24.

I got the color Box o chocolate. Thr color on me is a perfect brownish nude. It is very flattering, but some of the colors can be dark. find swatches online before purchasing. I small plastic frosty container is quite pretty and lightweight. I love the applicator, really makes applying easy. Make sure to clean up any mistakes quickly.
This is very sticky, but becomes matte as it dries down. It can takes 5 minutes to dry. It does have chocolate smell from my childhood, very nostalgic.
I really like this liquid lip and does not feel drying like other liquid lips.
But on me once this dried, my lips started to burn. I will not repurchase, but will return.
This is also very hard to remove.

I received this as a gift from my husband and I really wish I loved it but I don’t. My main issue is the shade. He bought me Shake Down, which through the frosted matte tube appears to be a brown-pin. Once the wand is removed from he open tube, the shade looks a good 2 shades darker, and on the lips it looks at least 3-4 shades darker and much more brown toned. It is way too dark for my fair skin and so, I am unlikely to wear it. Such a shame. So, my big complaint is the deceiving packaging (frost-matte, & shade doesn’t appear accurately). This shade would look very lovely on a dark skin tone. I really like the shade for a piece of clothing, but not for lipstick on me.
It applies smoothly and is very pigmented, 1-2 swipes is enough. I wouldn’t say that it is really matte, though the finish is a nice mix between glossy and matte. The doe foot applicator is soft and comfortable but I think a little too large or bouncy to give an easy and exacting application. The pointed tip of the doe foot works for corners of the mouth but is awkward for the cupid’s bow area. The feel is rather light and comfortable but sticky… why is it sticky? It doesn’t seem to feel like it has dried down, even though it doesn’t transfer much (onto a glass, for example). It feels a little bit drying on my lips (but I do usually much prefer a hydrating lip product). When eating something with an oil, it remains on the lips well, just wearing away between the lips. For a long wearing lipstick, I am impressed with the formula but the range of shades disappoints me (as there is not much for a light to medium shade suiting fair yellow/neutral skins), as does the inability to tell the actual shade from the packaging.

packaging is great, love the applicator,
i have the shade nudist
i was on the hunt for these when they first launched sometime in the summer/fall
the formula is smooth on application but after 2 hours or so of wear, my lips were very dry.
yes i know its a liquid lipstick and matte, and it’s typical of these products, but i have others that aren’t as drying as these are.
side note, i prefer the gloss version of these, the pro matte gloss, and for me that fornula lasts almost as long as this one does
