Really pretty color…mega shiny.

In the tube it looks like a deep purple and brown toned wine or berry with gold shimmer and almost metallic.
On my lips it applies into a beautiful brown tone berry mauve almost a wine with shimmer. The shimmer is very fine but there is a lot of it. This gives a nice cool sensation to the lips that I love. The scent is a sweet and a little nutty, another review said cinnamon and I can detect a cinnamon likeness in there as well.
I love this color it is so pretty. Great shade for the cooler months.
I would not say is completely sheer it is dark enough to tell it is there.
It is a very wearable shade for everyday, work, or even an evening out.
It makes me feel more ready and put together without having to do much else. Just my face, mascara, maybe some liner, this and go.
Passing by this shade I would have never gave it a second thought but I am ever so grateful I received it as a gift because it is now one of my favorites ever.

I love this gloss! It smells good, I love the minty tingle, and the color is beautiful. I have this in a mini size and will absolutely purchase full size when i run out. There’s a bit of gold sparkle in it, and the color is warm purple Berry. So pretty!!!

Gabby is a beautiful metallic plum in the tube that becomes a shimmering raspberry once applied. This gloss smells like cinnamon and it’s really tingly because of the menthol in it. I don’t experience any plumping; just an annoying cooling/ tingling sensation that never goes away (on a related note, if I wear Buxom glosses when it’s cold out, my lips feel completely numb). I adore this color and how long it lasts, but can’t stand the feel of this gloss for too long. It’s also the only lip product that I’ve received complaints about whenever I kiss someone (“what’s the burning on my lips?”), so I wouldn’t repurchase.

Instead of buying this (& 2 other colors) from Sephora, I bought the mini version online at lower cost – wanted to make sure I’d love this before committing to the full-size …..I always end up with full-size glosses that I “love” at first but end up abandoning 1/2 way through. The mini is 1/2 the full size & 1/2 the price, so it was about as much as I would’ve otherwise paid in the store. (Even better, Sephora has the Time To Shine kit of 6 mini’s for $32, which brings the price of each down to $5.33 – which half of what I paid – but I didn’t want all the colors that were chosen, I only wanted 2 of them.)
“Gabby” was my 1st choice. It is my perfect blend of sheer + frost in what applies on my lips as a muted beigey medium shimmery pink that looks like an incredibly “well dressed” MLBB. It looks simultaneously professionally polished, understated, feminine, & sexy all at once. If I apply heavily, it’s a bit deeper mauve, still not unnaturally frosty & very MLBWayyyyyB.
Applied extremely sparingly, it still gives me full coverage that looks like wonderfully moist lipstick, without looking at all cakey or waxy the way traditional lipstick does which drives me nuts. I didn’t give Buxom a chance before & now I’ve found my perfect “lipstick”!
Applied more liberally (& you don’t need much at all), it’s got killer vinyl shine – super glossy, & it feels like moisturizing honey nectar that clings to the lips & doesn’t slide off…. it’s got comfortably sticky texture that surprisingly wipes off easily & cleanly with no tacky residue, but leaves lips hydrated & moisturized. What a product! I’m so impressed with both the formula & the color (price isn’t so bad either).
My other favorite colors are “Cherry Flip” (part of the mini set) & “Brandi” (original collex but not in the mini kit). Cherry Flip is a sheer cream coral (orange base) & Brandi is a super-transparent cherry wine. I’ll be working on getting those next. I think most (if not all) of the colors in this line are fantastic – it’s a large collection, so I need time to try out more colors.
Did I mention super-cold icy sensation that doesn’t quit. Usually, I don’t like minty lips, but I don’t mind it in this product. I’ll just have to get used to continually cold lips…which will remind me that I’m wearing lip color so I won’t accidentally smear it off (as I tend to do). This product reminds me a little of my drugstore fave Physicians Formula Plump Potion lipgloss (d/c) but in a variety of flattering fashion colors (& is much easier to handle & remove).
HG lip gloss/color! 🙂

I’m so disappointed – I can’t find this lip gloss anywhere! It was my favorite! This product is beautiful dark mauve color. It’s sheer enough to be appropriate for daytime wear. It’s thick and moisturizing, plus not too sticky.

I absolutely love the formula of this lipgloss. I love the tingling sensation that for me, lasted quite a long time. The shine and the way it looks on the lips is gorgeous and any fine lines are filled. I do already have lips on the bigger side but I did notice plumping and they did look fuller. My only problem with it was the colour. I have dark lips already so I thought I’d have to go quite dark with this as I do with other lipglosses. It does look pretty but it’s too dark for me to wear comfortably. That being said, I am a teenager so maybe if I were older I would like the colour more. I’m currently purchasing this in the shade Trixie so hopefully that will work better for me colour-wise.

I love the Buxom glosses! This color is a dark purplish pink. I have fair skin and this looks beautiful for winter. The sparkles are subtle but make this gloss even more special. It has a slight tingle but its more of a minty tingle than a painful one. Its very thick and will last at least an hour or more on your lips. Love!

I am a BL fanatic! This is a nice plum shade with a bit of shimmer in it, a bit too dark for my taste, but it is a lovely shade!

This is a beautiful berry/plummy shade with slight shimmer. The tube suggests it would be quite shimmery however when applied, it gives only a subtle look and doesn’t look glittery. Based on the appearance in the tube, I was a little unsure because 1) it looked dark and 2) it looked quite shimmery (do not like!)….but when applied it is just gorgeous! I’m a PPP, neutral/cool and this looks so pretty on my pigmented lips. The only other Buxom gloss I have tried was Dolly which was very sheer and didn’t wear well, so it had been quite a while since I tried Buxom glosses again. At the suggestion of the MU artist, I tried Gabby because it was a shade I was describing that I wanted….and boy, I’m glad I gave it a try! As far as the “tingle” and minty feel/taste, it doesn’t bother me and I don’t notice a difference in my pout but I have full lips to begin with. Love!
