Based on the raving reviews all over the internet i had high hopes that this might make an end to years of occassional undereye puffiness. Puffiness which is not caused by bulging fat deposits (I had those removed years ago) but rather stems from poor circulation and sensitive tissue around the eyes. I have literally tried everything on the market and most eye product makes matters worse as a result of irritating ingredients like essential oil, perfume etc. So did this one. On top of that it doesn’t moisturize at all and actually made my wrinkles look worse than before. It’s just nothing special and for that you pay a premium price. Don’t be fooled by the hype!

I received these samples from the company to try; you can pick samples to try and order from them and you just pay the shipping. I really loved this eye gel and its one of the best I’ve used in a long time. It left my eye area smooth and lifted. It also did a great job at minimizing puffiness and dark circles in the eye area.

Very expensive product! Cant see results enough to know if it is working…sp, I’ll continue to use. I use my jade roller with this under and around my eyes in the am.

I was seduced by all the reviews and hype. I really regret spending so much on this. There is honestly nothing special about this. It’s an eye gel. It doesn’t moisturize that well, it goes on a bit sticky and it makes concealer go on quite patchy. I’ve been using this pretty regularly for over a year and if anything, my eyes look worse – I’m blaming aging, not this product, but the product sure hasn’t helped.
On the positive side, there’s no smell, and it doesn’t irritate my eyes. It’s not that it’s a bad product, but it’s not great and it’s obscenely expensive. Yes to Cucumbers eye gel is cheap and performs at the same level. Bottom line, this is just wayyyyyy too expensive for what it is. Would never rebuy.

I wish I had returned this product to Sephora. I bought it because a specialist I usually trust raved about it, but it
* didn’t reduce puffiness
* didn’t reduce dark circles
* didn’t feel hydrating even when I used a ton of it
* has a lot of extra plastic in its packaging.
Save your money.

This review is for the Squalane + Peptide Eye Gel ($54 retail). The product is supposed to treat puffiness and dark circles. I don’t have dark circles, but I suffer from frequent under eye puffiness after a bad dermal filler experience about 5 years ago. There is no rhyme or reason as to why some days I have it and some days I don’t. Anyway, I have tried a lot of different products (including this one) that claim to help for this condition but NONE have provided me any relief. Oh and I was tested for allergies and I don’t have any. The best thing I can say about this is that I like the packaging and the feel of the product going on (it’s sort of a creamy gel). However, after using the product for almost 3 weeks, not only did I not see any results, I think it actually made the puffiness worse. So I stopped using it and requested a refund.
