In summer, Zia’s Herbal Moisture Gel is the perfect thing, but I’ve been slow to accept that I needed to find something richer for winter use. Fortunately, Evan Healy’s Rose Vetiver Day Moisturizer is doing the trick! I was hesitant to try it as a) it’s more than I like to spend and b) I prefer pump packaging, but I’m glad that I bit the bullet and purchased it without wasting the time and money on cheaper products. The price is worth the quality ingredients and not needing to use additional acne treatments. **Edited 3/29/10 from 5 stars to 4** This product really felt great on application, didn’t make my face itch, but after a month my skin didn’t feel any better. Furthermore, my husband and a fragrance-sensitive friend have commented on how strong the scent is. I’ll use up what I have, but will go back to Zia Herbal Moisture Gel. I’m still on the hunt for a good winter moisturizer.

One of my very favorite, go-to daily moisturizers, and one of the only moisturizers I’ve ever actually used up! It smells great, sinks into the skin quickly, and lasts throughout the day. It works great for my dry skin, which tends to clog easily, and gives me no problems whatsoever.
Hey, I don’t need miracles, I just need a product that does what it says without screwing up my skin. Evanhealy products do just that. This product line makes no outrageous claims, but also never fails to deliver on what it does promise. And, in my experience, often exceeds its stated promises by a nice stretch. Now, that’s a refreshing product line!

The bomb. After using the rose cleanser, one of Evan’s floral water toners, and the rosehip serum my face is totally prepped for this lovely moisturizer. I just need a little for my entire face and it moisturizes for the whole day. Sometimes I go without foundation because the whole Evan Healy face package doesn’t need anything on top. Wow, I can’t believe I just said I don’t need foundation! Amazing. The only complaint is – I wish it was in a bottle that came with a pump rather than a lid to unscrew and expose to air/germs. Definitely a lovely treat for my face.
