Wow. Talk about an “under the radar” release. Beautiful Times is the latest release from Nannette Lepore. This perfume isn’t even on fragrantica and being a Nannette Lepore perfume lover I had absolutely no clue her brand released a new scent. I did a search for her very first perfume on eBay and it came up so I immediately bought a bottle. From what I gather it is an Ipsy special. The bottle is rather nondescript with a bunch of zig zag patterns on it. The scent though is very young and girly smelling. I’m thinking would really appeal to middle school girls it’s so sweet. Think Prada Candy or maybe Pink Sugar or Bon Bon or the Ulta perfume Eau De Juice Sugar. Beautiful Times though is sweeter than those. It’s pure sugar. Caramelized sugar. In the beginning you can detect red berries. It captures the smell of sugar very nicely and envelopes you in a sweet cloud of scent. I think I might even detect a note of incense but it isn’t a listed as a note from the scant information I can find about this perfume. Longevity is excellent and sillage is big. I don’t know why this didn’t get a proper release so if sweet scents are what you like you will love Beautiful Times.
